We have prepared comfortable rooms for 2, 3, 4 and 6 persons with bathrooms. Rooms for 4 and 6 are studios (two rooms with bathroom).
Each room has Wi-Fi Internet, TV, electric kettle, dishes and towels, there are refrigerators in the studios.
Some rooms have a view of Śnieżka.
On the first floor there is a large terrace with a view of Śnieżka, the queen of the Giant Mountains.

There is a dining room equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, waffle iron, egg cooker and kettle.
In front of the building as well as on the fenced, closed property there is a parking lot included in the price.
We have a fully fenced garden, where you can prepare a barbecue or relax on the deckchairs. For children there is a sandpit, trampoline, football goal and badminton.
We accept small York type dogs.
We offer transport to Karpacz (additional fee).
In winter, we provide Ski-Bus, transport with ski equipment for an additional fee.

For children in the garden, we have prepared a playground with a house with a slide and a swing, a trampoline, a sandbox, a football goal, badminton, table football, games, puzzles and toys.

For the active guest: hiking trails, cycle lanes, ski lifts and slopes, indoor swimming pool.

Tourist attractions: miniature park, architectural monuments.

Three grocery stores are within 400 m from the Villa.
