Room prices depend on the season, length of stay and number of people registered in the room.
For 2-day and 1-day stays, prices are 15% and 40% higher than standard prices, respectively.

7-day stays Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday with a 5% discount.
Pets are allowed at no extra cost, provided that additional sanitary and safety conditions for other guests are agreed in advance.
The room price includes parking and resort fees.
The deposit is 30% of the total cost of your stay, payable within 4 days of registration.
When canceling a reservation, the facility offers to set another date with the deposit accepted. In the absence of agreement, the facility returns:
- 100% deposit when cancelling at least 60 days before the booking date,
- 50% deposit when registering between 59 and 30 days before the booking date,
- if the notification is made less than 30 days before the booking date, the facility may retain the deposit or, with the consent of both parties, credit it towards the stay on another date.
You can prepare your own meals in the facility's individual kitchenettes or take advantage of catering in the neighboring facility at guaranteed prices:
* breakfast - PLN 23/person, for children up to 10 years old PLN 18/person
* lunch/dinner - PLN 35/person; for children up to 10 years old PLN 25/person.
* dinner - PLN 23/person; for children up to 10 years old PLN 18/person.

We offer 15 beds in 5 intimate rooms. Each of them has an individual:
* bathroom with shower + towels, soap + shampoo
* individual kitchenette in the room (fridge, electric kettle, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery)

The area of the facility is fenced. There is a free, paved parking lot in the yard. The facility offers a barbecue shelter and a place for a bonfire. The facility provides its guests with its own bicycles and Nordic walking poles free of charge, and also provides safe storage for guests' bicycles.
The facility has free wireless Wi-Fi Internet. Each room has an individual bathroom with a shower and its own, independent kitchenette. The owner has guide qualifications, a large collection of guides and maps and is available to help you plan your stay. In two rooms, some pets are allowed, provided that the rules for their stay are agreed in advance. Arrival of guests with a pet without agreement will be considered a unilateral violation of the reservation agreement and releases the facility from accepting guests, including the return of the deposit.

For active people, the STOKROTKA facility offers free bicycles and professional Nordic Walking poles with walking lessons.
It also offers: storage for guests' bicycles, a barbecue shelter, and electric mushroom dryers in the fall.

STOKROTKA is located in the central part of Roztocze, on the edge of the Solska Forest, in the holiday, quiet town of Susiec, 40 km from Zamość and 14 km from Tomaszów Lubelski.
