Room prices depend on the season, length of stay and the number of people registered in the room.
For 2-day and 1-day stays, prices are 15% and 40% higher than standard prices, respectively.

7-day stays Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday with a 5% discount.
Staying with pets is permitted and at no additional cost, provided that additional sanitary conditions and safety of other guests are agreed in advance.
The room price includes parking and resort fees.
The deposit is 30% of the total cost of your stay, payable within 4 days of your registration.
When canceling a reservation, the property will offer to reschedule the reservation and honor the deposit. If no agreement is reached, the property will refund:
- 100% deposit when canceling at least 60 days before the booking date,
- 50% deposit when registering between 59 and 30 days before the reservation date,
- if the notification is made less than 30 days before the booking date, the facility may retain the deposit or, with the consent of both parties, credit it towards the stay on another date.

You can prepare your own meals in the facility's individual kitchenettes or take advantage of meals at a neighboring facility at guaranteed prices:
* breakfast - PLN 23/person, for children up to 10 years old PLN 18/person
* lunch/dinner - PLN 35/person; for children up to 10 years old PLN 25/person.
* dinner - PLN 23/person; for children up to 10 years old PLN 18/person.

We offer 15 beds in 5 intimate rooms. Each of them has an individual:
* bathroom with shower + towels, soap + shampoo
* individual kitchenette in the room (fridge, electric kettle, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery)
* TV,
* free wi-fi.

The property is fenced. Free, paved parking is available in the courtyard. The property offers a barbecue shelter and a fire pit. Guests can use their own bicycles and Nordic walking poles free of charge, and secure bicycle storage is also provided.
The property offers free Wi-Fi. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and its own, independent kitchenette.

The owner is a certified guide with a large collection of guidebooks and maps, and is available to assist with planning your stay. Some pets are allowed in two rooms, provided the rules for their stay are agreed upon in advance. Bringing a pet without prior consent will be considered a unilateral breach of the reservation agreement and will exempt the property from accepting guests, including the refund of the deposit.

For active people, the STOKROTKA facility offers free bicycles and professional Nordic Walking poles with walking lessons.
It also offers: bicycle storage for guests, a barbecue shelter, and in the autumn, electric mushroom dryers.

STOKROTKA is located in the central part of Roztocze, on the edge of the Solska Forest, in the holiday, quiet town of Susiec, 40 km from Zamość and 14 km from Tomaszów Lubelski.
