Room prices depend on the season, length of stay and number of people registered in the room.
For 2-day and one-day stays, prices are higher than standard prices by 10% and 25%, respectively.
Staying with animals is allowed and at no additional cost, provided that additional sanitary and safety conditions for other guests are agreed in advance.
The room price includes the cost of parking and the resort fee.
The deposit is 30% of the total cost of the stay, payable within 4 days of registration.
When canceling a reservation, the property offers to arrange another date with the deposit being accepted. If there is no agreement, the object returns:
- 100% deposit when canceling at least 60 days before the reservation date,
- 50% deposit upon application between 59 and 30 days before the reservation date,
- if the notification is made less than 30 days before the reservation date, the facility may retain the deposit paid or, with the consent of both parties, credit it towards the stay at another date.
At the facility, you can prepare your own meals in individual kitchenettes or use meals in a neighboring facility at guaranteed prices:
* breakfast - PLN 20/person,
* lunch/dinner - PLN 30/person.

We offer 15 beds in 5 intimate rooms. Each of them has an individual:
* bathroom with shower + towels + liquid soap
* individual kitchenette (fridge, electric kettle, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery)
*TV,
* free wi-fi.

Additionally, individual rooms have:
- Room no. 1; 3-seater; beds: 2+1, possible 2-person extra bed in the form of a sofa, 1st floor, southern covered balcony,
- Room no. 2; 2-seater; double bed, 1-person extra bed, ground floor, covered terrace with direct access to the garden.
- Room no. 3; 2-person room, double bed, 1st floor, southern, covered balcony.
- Room no. 4; 4-seater; double bed + 2 single beds, 1st floor.
- Room no. 5; 4-seater; 2+1+1 beds, possible 2-person extra bed in the form of a sofa, ground floor, covered terrace with direct access to the garden.

The facility area is fenced. There is a free, paved parking lot in the yard. The facility offers a barbecue shelter and a bonfire place. The facility provides its guests with its own bicycles and Nordic Walking poles free of charge, and also ensures safe storage of guests' bicycles.
The facility has free Wi-Fi. Each room has an individual bathroom with shower and its own independent kitchenette. The owner has guide qualifications, a large collection of guides and maps, and can help you plan your stay. Some pets are allowed in two rooms, provided the rules for their stay are agreed in advance. The arrival of guests with animals without prior arrangement will be considered a unilateral violation of the reservation agreement and exempts the facility from accepting guests, including the refund of the deposit.

For active people, the STOKROTKA facility offers free bicycles and professional Nordic Walking poles with walking lessons.
It also offers: storage for guests' bicycles, a barbecue shelter, and electric mushroom dryers in the fall.

Free attractions: walking and cycling trips (8 hiking and 7 cycling trails), four nature reserves, a forest quarry - 6 km, observation tower 1.5 km, water reservoir 8 km.
Paid offer of other tour operators within 3 to 9 km: fire museum, kayaking, sleigh rides, horse-drawn carriage rides, fishing, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, SPA, reservoir with a beach and a guarded bathing area, and kayak rental.

STOKROTKA is located in the central part of Roztocze, on the edge of the Solska Forest, in the holiday, quiet town of Susiec, 40 km from Zamość and 14 km from Tomaszów Lubelski.
