The houses are two-story:
- on the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a kitchenette with a dining area, and a bathroom,
- on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace.
The cottage is equipped with: satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, board games.

The cottages are on a fenced property.

There is parking on site.

Available are:
- dry sauna,
- salt cave,
- heated swimming pool (open from May to September),
- hot tub with jacuzzi (belongs to cottage no. 5).

In the immediate and distant surroundings: ski slopes, Lake Czorsztyn, Niedzica Castle, ruins of the Czorsztyn Castle, the Czerwony Klasztor-Szczawnica trail, the Velo Czorsztyn bicycle route, rafting on the Dunajec River, thermal pools, hiking trails.
