We rent the house for a minimum of 2 days. The price depends on the date of stay and the number of people.

Renting a cottage during the week for 4 people costs PLN 250 per night, and for 6 people - PLN 300 per night.

Renting a cottage for the weekend for 4 people costs PLN 300 per night, and for 6 people - PLN 350 per night.

The cost of renting a cottage during the holidays and for stays of several days is determined individually.

The prices include an electricity surcharge according to consumption and an additional one-time service fee of PLN 100.

On the day of check-in, a deposit of PLN 100 is collected for each person in the event of damage.

A year-round cottage with an area of 40 m2.

On the ground floor: living room with kitchenette, bathroom (with shower). The living room has a sofa set and a sofa. Kitchenette equipped with: dishes, gas cooker, fridge, coffee machine, cordless kettle, oven.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with two double beds and one with a double bed).

In the cottage: fireplace, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Netfli, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, fan, dryer, bedding, toilet paper, garbage bags.

In front of the cottage: table with chairs, rocking bench, fireplace.

The cottage is situated on an illuminated plot. There is a possibility of grilling and making a bonfire.

We accept pets - no additional fees.

There is a playground (generally accessible) in the immediate vicinity of the plot.

Nearby: numerous hiking trails, forests, mountains, the Gold Mine (former arsenic ore mine - open to the public), Medieval Mining Settlement, Ochrowa Adit, Skalisko Forest Adventure Park.

The cottage is located in Złoty Stok, in the Kłodzko Valley, on the slopes of the Złote Mountains, by the road no. 390. To Kamieniec Ząbkowicki - 8 km, to Lądek Zdrój - 18 km.
