The equipment includes an induction cooker and a refrigerator. Separate fenced property surrounded by trees and bushes with parking spaces. Price PLN 300 - until June 30, PLN 400 - from July 1 to August 25, 2024. and PLN 300 from August 26 for a stay of 5 people (over PLN 50 per person). Dogs OK, fee 40,- large and 20,- small per day. The houses are year-round/have air conditioning and heating (activated during non-holiday periods). All houses are equipped with a set of dishes and kitchen accessories. The equipment includes grills. They are located approx. 200-300 m from several beaches and many catering outlets (restaurants, eateries, fisheries, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors. There are three shops in the town. The town has several ports with rentals of yachts, scooters, motor boats, bicycles, melex cars, etc. In the summer season, several restaurants host concerts of music bands almost every day.

*it is forbidden to wash cars on the property, climb trees, pick fruit and flowers,
* stay from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure (individual arrangement possible),
* collisions and other minor damages are priced individually. In the event of damage, the lessor is obliged to cover/repair it in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code,

*it is prohibited to fill swimming pools with domestic water (filling from an additional source is possible - agreed individually).

*House III has a professional large umbrella that must be folded when there is wind,

* A refundable cleaning deposit fee of PLN 200 is charged (After the end of the rental period, the house must be restored to its pre-rental condition - cleaned). Cleaning products are provided.

* A tourist tax of PLN 2 / day is collected from each person for the benefit of the commune.

* Each child is counted as an adult. We have baby cots - no extra charges.

*Bed linen provided (we do not provide towels).

*All homes are handicap friendly/accessible.

* Prices during the so-called long weekends, New Year's Eve, occasional rentals (first communions, anniversaries, etc.) are agreed individually.

A new house in a classic style with a gable roof covered with chestnut ceramic tiles, located next to our other facilities, including a children's playground. The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and an induction cooker. and a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower cabin. The living room is equipped with a foldable double cornice. The equipment includes a set of dishes. The first floor consists of three rooms with 7 single beds equipped with extra 20 cm high anti-allergic foam mattresses. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. (up to the 60 GB limit) The outside of the house has a partially covered terrace and is friendly to people with disabilities.

The house has electric underfloor heating and air conditioning/heat pump. The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and an induction cooker, and a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower. The living room is equipped with a foldable double cornea. The equipment includes a set of dishes. The first floor consists of three rooms with 7 single beds with 20 cm thick anti-allergic foam mattresses. Outside, the house has a partially sheltered terrace and is disabled-friendly.

All our facilities are self-contained, fenced with parking spaces and plenty of greenery, trees, bushes and flowers. We have our own playground for children with certified play equipment and a shelter to protect against sun and rain. We have a separate square where you can light a fire (places to sit, eat and have a toilet).

The Great May Picnic is a cyclical event promoting the Masuria Region and the town of Rydzewo itself, with an entertainment character with performances of music and dance groups with competitions and many accompanying attractions, such as shows of the prehistoric culture of Prussia, including the Galindian tribes. The event is accompanied by exhibitions of old Mazurian art handicrafts promoting the ecology and ecosystem of the Land of Great Masurian Lakes as well as old and modern cuisine.

Our playground for children is located in the immediate vicinity of houses at ul. Słoneczna/Galindów. Playground certified, safe, fenced and environmentally friendly, surrounded by greenery.

In the town: there are three shops, including two year-round, a fish fryer, several bars, several restaurants, two pizzerias, two eateries, a sushi restaurant and a point selling smoked meat products, including fish.
