Price: PLN 280 until June 30, PLN 380 from July 1 to August 25, 2024 and PLN 280 from August 26 for a stay of 5 people (over PLN 50/person). The houses are year-round/have air conditioning and heating (activated during non-holiday periods). All houses are equipped with a set of dishes and kitchen accessories. All houses are equipped with barbecues. The houses are located approx. 200-300 m from several beaches with attractions for children (the largest beach is located in the forest and is approx. 1 km away) and many catering outlets (restaurants, eateries, fish restaurants, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, three shops. The town has several ports with rentals of yachts, scooters, motorboats, bicycles, melexes, etc. In the summer season, several restaurants host concerts of music bands almost every day.

* dog stay after agreeing the conditions for a fee of PLN 40 for a large dog and PLN 20 for a small dog / day (you are obliged to clean up after your pet on the property)
* wood for the fireplace/stove paid according to consumption/smoking in the fireplace is prohibited in spring and summer.
* in each case, it is possible to individually negotiate prices and dates,
* night silence from 22.00 to 06.00 (on the property, generally accepted standards of behavior should be followed to ensure undisturbed rest of neighbors).

* it is forbidden to go upstairs on the internal stairs wearing the so-called shoes. "stilettos" and dogs - regarding each facility,
* it is forbidden to shoot with airsoft guns, other devices that shoot plastic balls, shoot a bow, firecrackers, other pyrotechnics, play football (there are sports fields on the beaches),

* it is forbidden to light bonfires (we have a separate place for a bonfire - conditions are agreed individually or there are places to light bonfires on the beaches),

* it is forbidden to wash cars on the property, climb trees, pick fruit and flowers,
* stay from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure (individual arrangement possible),
* collisions and other minor damages are priced individually. In the event of damage, the lessor is obliged to cover/repair it in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code,

* it is forbidden to fill swimming pools/shower trays with mains/domestic water (filling from an additional source (deep well) is possible after agreeing the conditions.

* House III has a professional large umbrella with the obligation to fold it during absence and wind,

* A refundable cleaning deposit fee of PLN 200 is charged (After the end of the rental period, the house must be restored to its pre-rental condition - cleaned). Cleaning products are provided.

* A tourist tax of PLN 3 / day is collected from each person for the benefit of the commune.

* Each child is counted as an adult. We have baby cots - rental at no extra charge.

* Bedding provided (we do not provide towels). Change of bed linen after agreeing the terms.

* All homes are disabled friendly/accessible.

* Prices during the so-called long weekends, New Year's Eve, occasional rentals (first communions, anniversaries, etc.) are agreed individually.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction cooker, an electric oven and a fridge with freezer, and a set of dishes. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. The first floor consists of three rooms with 7 single beds equipped with extra 20 cm high anti-allergic foam mattresses. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. (up to the 60 GB limit) The outside of the house has a partially covered terrace and is friendly to people with disabilities.

House from 2018 built of wooden logs with a gable roof, covered with copper ceramic roof tiles, located next to our other facilities, including a children's playground. The house has electric underfloor heating and air conditioning/heat pump. The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and an induction cooker, and a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower. The living room is equipped with a foldable double cornea. The equipment includes a set of dishes. The first floor consists of three rooms with 7 single beds with 20 cm thick anti-allergic foam mattresses. Outside, the house has a partially sheltered terrace and is disabled-friendly.

All our facilities are self-contained, fenced with parking spaces and plenty of greenery, trees, bushes and flowers. We have our own playground for children with certified play equipment and a shelter to protect against sun and rain. We have a separate square where you can light a fire (places to sit, eat and have a toilet).

Rydzewo May Day, a cyclical event promoting the Masuria Region and the town of Rydzewo itself, with a cultural and entertainment character, with performances by music and dance bands, competitions for children and many accompanying attractions, such as shows of the prehistoric culture of the Vikings and Prussia, including the Galindian tribes. The event is accompanied by exhibitions of handicrafts of ancient Masurian art, promoting the ecology and ecosystem of the Great Masurian Lakes, as well as ancient and modern cuisine.

Our playground for children is located in the immediate vicinity of the houses at ul. Słoneczna/Galindów. The playground is certified safe, fenced and environmentally friendly, surrounded by greenery and with a shelter protecting from excess sun or rain.
