The bedroom on the first floor is equipped with 2 single beds (can be connected on request), flat TV and a balcony with a lake view and a rocking chair.

The other two bedrooms - on the ground floor and on the first floor - have 2 single beds (can be joined on request), a fold-out corner with a sleeping function for 2 people, flat TV and a balcony overlooking the lake.

A year-round summer house with an area of 110 m2, for 10-12 persons.

The house consists of: a fireplace room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a SPA zone, a covered terrace with a lake view and an oak lounge suite for 12 people. Wi-Fi internet is available in the house.

Bathrooms: two bathrooms have a shower cubicle, toilet, washbasins with large mirrors, in the third bathroom there is a washbasin with a mirror and a toilet.

Kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, necessary kitchen utensils and accessories, TV.
The kitchen has a large, handmade table made of old oak flooded with resin, which can accommodate 12 people.

Fireplace room: large TV, electric fireplace 3D, table football, darts, corner with sleeping function, small kitchenette, separate toilet and direct exit to the SPA zone.

The house has railings protecting stairs and terrace stairs.
There is a grill-smokehouse and a place for a bonfire with a grate.
The facility is fenced, there is a parking lot on the property.

For active people: pedalo, 2 SUP boards, 2 kayaks, rowing boat.
For the safety of guests, sports life jackets are available.

The property has a private pier with a set of lounge furniture with a large parasol. There is a ladder next to the pier, which makes it easier to enter the water, and a closed gate.

In the SPA zone there is: a glazed sauna with a lake view, a Russian hot tub, a cooling barrel, a boatswain bucket, a wooden platform.

For active people: mushroom picking, fishing, sea fishing.

Tourist attractions: Teutonic Castle in Ryn, canoeing trips on the Krutynia River, Deer Farm in Kosewo Górny, Country Picnic in Mrągowo, Wolf's Lair in Kętrzyn, Wakepark Mrągowo, a spring of love at Lake Czos, Mazurolandia attractions park, Sanctuary of Święta Lipka.

The facility is located by the lake Juksty, among trees - in a silence zone.
