Possibility of negotiating prices out of season and for stays longer than 2 weeks.

On long weekends and New Year's Eve, prices and length of stay are negotiable.

The confirmation of the reservation is the advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit is non-refundable. On long weekends and New Year's Eve, we reserve the right to increase the amount of the down payment.

On the day of check-in, we charge the remaining amount for the stay.

The stay day lasts from 16.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure.

Please segregate waste according to the guidelines on the containers.

The cottage was founded in 1850 in Przeworsk, and 155 years later it was moved by us to Strzebowiska in the Bieszczady Mountains.

It is a log house with an area of 75 m2.
The house has 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a bathroom.

The cottage is heated by a fireplace, which is supported by electric underfloor heating.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.

On the premises there is a place for a bonfire, a brick grill, a roofed gazebo, and a garden swing.

Upper parking is available for our guests.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Only 200 m from our facility there is a stable offering guests walks and horseback riding.

In the area there are numerous hiking trails that encourage mountain hiking.

In winter, we recommend ski lifts in Kalnica (approx. 3 km), Cisna (approx. 10 km) and Bystry (approx. 20 km). It is also worth trying cross-country skiing and snowshoes.

The facility is located in Strzebowiska (750 m asl) - the highest situated village in the Bieszczady Mountains.

The Bieszczady National Park is nearby.
