The price includes parking and the possibility of using the garden jacuzzi in the summer.

The wooden house is available year-round. It has air conditioning and central heating. On the ground floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed and a bathroom (toilet, sink, small bathtub, and hairdryer). The second bedroom can accommodate two single beds or one large bed. The beds are joined together so they don't slide apart, and the joints are imperceptible thanks to the molded foam. The bathroom in this bedroom includes a toilet, sink, hairdryer, and two dressing gowns, while the shower is located on the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with bedding, towels, a TV, Wi-Fi, a shelf, a wardrobe, a wide windowsill, and two stools.

At guests' disposal:
* on the first floor 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms,
* on the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower cabin.
Parking spaces available on site.
The property also includes: a garden, a garden gazebo with a brick barbecue, a table and chairs, a large garden umbrella, techno-rattan deckchairs with adjustable headrests, a garden jacuzzi in summer, and a shower.
The facility is located in a fenced area.

We love pets, but due to the wishes of most guests, we do not accept them in the facility.

The tranquility of the area attracts deer and hinds to the house. The garden offers panoramic views of the Babia Góra massif.
