Prices negotiable for longer stays, over 7 nights.

The cottages have a golf character.
Each year-round golf cottage is equipped with:
- living room with an area of 30 m2 in relaxation area (fold-out sofa 160 x 200 cm) with TV and arranged bedroom space (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm),
- bathroom with shower and toilet,
- kitchenette (electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, egg cooker, omelet maker, kitchen utensils),
- hall with a large wardrobe,
- balcony with chairs.
In the cottages: bed linen, towels.

The cottages are adapted for disabled people.
Right next to each house there is a relaxation area with garden furniture.
The cottages are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected - interior ozonation.

There is a lighted and monitored parking lot on the premises.

Public areas are ventilated, disinfected and ozonated.

We perfectly organize bonfires, outdoor events, integration events.

We offer:

Our facility is an ideal place for a trip to the Table Mountains (Szczeliniec Wielki, Błędne Skały) and climbing the peaks of the Crown of Polish Mountains - 12 peaks in the area included in the KGP.
Tourist attractions: Bear Cave in Kletno, Gold Mine in Złoty Stok, health resorts (Polanica Zdrój, Duszniki Zdrój, Kudowa Zdrój), trip to the Czech Republic (15 km). An outdoor WATER PARK with a state-of-the-art swimming pool is available 4 km from our facility in Polanica-Zdrój.

Nearby, 300 m from the facility, there is a BOROWINA BISTRO catering point - serving pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and home-made dishes.

The facility is located on a hill, next to a golf course, with a fabulous panorama of the Dusznickie Depression, the Bystrzyckie, Orlickie and Stołowe Mountains with a view of the Szczytnik Castle and the tower on Orlice.
