PRICE LIST FOR BASIC SERVICES:

June 1 - September 30 + from December 23 to February 28 + all weekends, price per room per night, when booking a minimum of two nights.
2-3-person room no. 1 - 2 people PLN 220, 3 people - PLN 260.
2-3-person room no. 2 - 2 people PLN 220, 3 people - PLN 260.
2-3-person room no. 3 with balcony - 2 people PLN 240, 3 people - PLN 280.
Apartment for 3-5 people no. 4 with balcony - 3-4 people PLN 320, 5 people - PLN 370.
Apartment no. 5 in the attic for 3-6 people, two-room apartment with a balcony and kitchenette - 3-4 people PLN 350, 5-6 people - PLN 400.
Off-season price list:
2-3-person room no. 1 - 2 people PLN 180, 3 people - PLN 210.
2-3-person room no. 2 - 2 people PLN 180, 3 people - PLN 210.

Apartment no. 5 in the attic for 3-6 people, two-room apartment with a balcony and kitchenette - 3-4 people PLN 290, 5-6 people - PLN 350.
* children up to 2 years old - PLN 30 if they sleep with their parents.

For one-day stays, the price is PLN 200/person/day.
Sheepskin on request - additional charge to the room PLN 100.
Hotel stay from 14.30 to 10.30.
Season is valid:
- from June 15 to September 15,
- from December 20 to February 28,
- all weekends.
For longer stays, prices can be negotiated.

On holidays and all long weekends, prices are set individually.

Prices do not include the tourist tax - PLN 6.30/person/day.
Free of charge for Folwarczek guests: parking on the property, Wi-Fi, playground, covered barbecue, farm tours, large garden, access to kitchenettes, sled rental, iron and ironing board, and a bathtub for small children.

Rooms with bathrooms, one room adapted for disabled people. There is a TV in the rooms.

The rooms on the first floor and attic have their own balconies.

A two-room studio for 2-5 people and a two-room attic apartment with its own kitchenette.

At guests' disposal: 3 fully equipped kitchenettes (fridge, stove, electric kettle, pots, dishes, etc.), wireless internet, large garden, brick barbecue, gazebo, free parking, sled rental, iron and ironing board, bathtub for small children.

For younger children we have a small slide and sandbox, and for older children we have a swing, climbing rope, large slide, trampoline and playhouse.

Possibility to play football, volleyball, badminton or other games.

For the active guest: hiking trails, cycle trips, ski lifts and slopes.

The facility is located in a quiet and peaceful area, on an area of 8 ha.

The farm is surrounded by mountains. Very good access to the property. Within a radius of 2 km there are 2 chairlifts (Czantoria, Palenica), 5 ski lifts, several inns, restaurants and 3 grocery stores.

At a distance of 200 m - the Dobka stream, 400 m - the Vistula river. Possibility to use brine baths, rehabilitation treatments and salt caves located in Ustroń Zawodzie, located 4 km from the farm.
