In low season, prices are negotiable.

In addition, we charge a deposit of PLN 400 for the apartment, PLN 300 for a bungalow and PLN 500 for the Karol house, against possible damage.

Payment is due on arrival.
The stay day lasts from 2 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day.

We offer four summer cottages and one all-year-round cottage, comfortably equipped, finished with wood.

4-person bungalows:
* 2-person bedroom,
* living room with a TV and a sofa bed,
* fully equipped kitchenette,
* bathroom with shower, sink and toilet,
* terrace.

A year-round cottage for 6 persons:
* 2 3-person bedrooms on the first floor,
* on the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and a TV, a kitchenette with equipment, a bathroom, a terrace with furniture and a grill overlooking Lake Solińskie, a roofed playground for children.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms (2-person and 3-person), a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony.

The bedrooms have single beds that can be joined, cabinets and bedside lamps as well as wardrobes.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV and, in the dining area, a table with chairs.
The kitchenette is equipped with: fridge-freezer, oven, cordless kettle, dishes.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet.

There is a green area on the property with a badminton court and a football field.
Children can spend time in the playground - there is a slide, swings, sandbox, trampoline.

Every tourist visiting our regions will find something for themselves.
Hikers can walk and practice Nordic Walking in the surrounding forests or go hiking in the Bieszczady Mountains.
Water sportsmen have at their disposal the Solińskie Lake, on which they can sail, pedal boat, canoe, swim or go on a cruise.
Horse lovers can ride horses, mushroom pickers - go for the gifts of the forest, anglers - throw a fishing rod, gliders - fly.
Those who like beautiful views and old trains should definitely take a tour of Ciuchcia Bieszczadzka.
It is worth visiting the magnificent historic churches scattered in the surrounding towns and visiting the Open-Air Museum in Sanok.
If someone likes further trips, local travel agencies offer trips to Hungary to Miskolc.

Picturesque hiking trails: Tarnica (1,346 m), Halicz (1,333 m), Wielka Rawka (1,307 m), Połonina Caryńska (1,297 m), Połonina Wetlińska (1,255 m), Krzemieniec (1,221 m), is the place where the borders of Poland, Slovakia and Slovakia meet Ukraine).

Nearby there are numerous dining and entertainment points, bars, taverns, restaurants.
