We recommend our three luxurious year-round cottages. Each of the buildings is made very carefully, using only natural materials. The floors and furniture are made of natural wood. The walls, insulated with a solid layer of wool, guarantee coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter. Heating the cottages with a fireplace allows you to spend time pleasantly even on colder days.

HOUSE OF THE STRAWBERRY
Position
The plot with an area of 12 ares is bordered on two sides by the forest. By the cottage there is a place for a bonfire, a swing, a table with benches, and a grill. The size of the plot, the surroundings of the forest and the distance from other houses guarantee intimacy and a good rest. Our cottage is not located in a "herd" of other cottages.
The house with an area of 70 m2 consists of:
GROUND FLOOR:
Living room with fireplace with distribution of heating to the bedroom, 2 fold-out sofas, table, music equipment. Wooden floor. Exit from the living room to the terrace. Table and chairs on the terrace.
Open kitchen with dining area (wooden furniture) equipped with an electric hob (4 hotplates), dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery and all utensils necessary for cooking.
Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower with steam sauna and radio.
ATTIC:
3 bedrooms and an open lounge with a TV and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and bathtub.
Room equipment:
- a bedroom with a lake view and a balcony has a double bed with two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and clothes hangers,
- the second bedroom with a lake view and a balcony is equipped with a double sofa, a double bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and clothes hangers,
- the third bedroom with a view of the forest has two single beds, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and clothes hangers,
- the living room has a fold-out corner, a chest of drawers with a TV, it is possible to separate this room from the corridor with a curtain - this creates an additional bedroom.
The cottage is also equipped with folding garden chairs and a portable grill.

RASPBERRY HOUSE
Located on an 18-acre plot (usable area 170 m2), the house is an offer for people who value rest in very comfortable and climatic conditions. The area of the house and its equipment provide the basis not only for a successful summer holiday, but also encourages you to come at any time of the year. Our house is a perfect proposition for intimate family and integration events.

A vestibule with a shoe cabinet and hangers.

Living room with a kitchen equipped with a tiled stove with an oven, a tiled fireplace, an induction hob with four burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge. Dining room with a large table and a corner in Tyrolean style. Living room with a large corner (possibility of sleeping for 2 people), TV-sat, coffee table. Wooden furniture. Underfloor heating in the kitchen, hallway, dining room and bathroom. Central vacuum cleaner.
The living room has direct access to a large terrace overlooking the lake. Table and chairs on the terrace.
ATTIC:
Double bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the lake.
Bedroom for 3-4 people with a large balcony overlooking the lake.

BASEMENT:
Sauna for 4-6 people, shower, toilet, seating area.

BLUEBERRY COTTAGE (8-10 people)

Our newest house with an area of approx. 100 m2 is located on an 11-are plot, from which we can directly enter the forest. On the plot there is a place for a bonfire and a barbecue shelter with a table, benches and a brick grill.

The cottage consists of four bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub in the attic. Two bedrooms are 2-person and two 3-person. On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofas, a fireplace with a water jacket, and a TV. A large, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Ground floor with air conditioner. Exit to the garden through double balcony doors. The bathrooms, vestibule and floor heating on the ground floor. There is a possibility to use a washing machine in the cottage (for an additional fee). The cottage offers a beautiful view of the lake.
