LISKOWE Cottage in Ropki

The 8-9 person cottage is located on the slope of Ostry Wierch Mountain, away from other buildings. It is situated in the forest. It has a wide terrace with a beautiful view. On the other side of the cottage there is a charming clearing with a view of the mountains: Siwiejka and Bziany Las.
The cottage has two storeys and consists of three rooms: the main room with a fireplace (sleeps 2 - a comfortable sofa bed), a bedroom (sleeps 2 - a double bed) and a room on the first floor (sleeps 4-5 - two sofa beds and an American sofa).
The cottage is equipped with a kitchen with appliances (in addition to the hob, the cottage is equipped with a wood-burning stove), refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom (toilet + shower), fireplace, gas and electric heating.
Access is possible up to the slope on which the house stands.
At the customer's request, it is possible to light the fireplace upon arrival (it is necessary to provide an estimated arrival time).

FUCZKI's cottage

The cottage is a unique, over a hundred-year-old pine granary that was moved to Ropki. Fuczki's cottage consists of four spaces: the main room, a sleeping mezzanine, a bathroom and a terrace. The granary has a modern look from the outside with a large triangular gable window. The cottage offers a beautiful view of the meadow. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, shower, and electric heating. The mezzanine is equipped with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress and electric heating. In the main room there is a kitchenette with a gas stove, refrigerator, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There is a place for a bonfire on the premises. Possibility of hanging a hammock or a swing for children. There is a possibility of grilling.

It is possible to take your four-legged friend with you.

At the request of guests, it is possible to purchase milk straight from the cow from local farmers and order home-made dishes such as dumplings, etc.

There is a popular health resort in the nearby town of Wysowa-Zdrój (5 km). There are such attractions as: a rehabilitation and recreation pool with an area of 287 m2, a children's pool with a water umbrella, a SPA pool - jacuzzi, a steam sauna and a dry sauna, air loungers, air benches, a four-jet wall water massage station, a two-jet , wall water massage station, foot massage, air geyser, water cannon, narrow neck massage, water cascade, wide neck massage.
In the nearby area there is the possibility of horse riding (at a nearby stud farm), and in the autumn season it is a perfect area for mushroom picking. About 3 kilometers away there is a dam rich in stream fish.
Ropki is a great place for bicycle trips.
The bicycle loop on the route: Ropki - Hańczowa - Wysowa - Ropki is 12.3 km long. Route travel time 60-90 minutes.
The longer route - black trail: Ropki - Hańczowa - Wysowa church - Hutniańska pass - Ropki - Lipka pass - Czertyżne - Chambers - Bieliczna - Perehyba pass - Ropki. The length of the route is 28.5 km, including 9 km of asphalt roads, the remaining sections are beautiful forest and dirt roads. The route takes approximately 4 hours.
In the town of Hańczowa there is an Orthodox church belonging to the "Wood Architecture Trail". Many of them are located in the Low Beskids, including Wysowa-Zdrój. For several years, selected facilities have been open to the public during the summer tourist season. Some of them host concerts. By car or bike you can visit Orthodox churches in the following towns: Brunary Wyżne, Czarna, Gładyszów, Konieczna, Kwiatoń, Łosie, Ropa, Skwirtne, Szymbark, Uście Gorlickie, Zdynia.
It is easy to find traces of World War I in the vicinity of Ropki. On May 2-5, 1915, one of the largest battles on Polish soil took place in the Gorlice region. After the end of the military fighting, the Austrian authorities began to clean up the battlefields, dividing the entire area into 11 cemetery districts. The nearest cemeteries are in the following towns: Bartne, Blechnarka, Uście Gorlickie, Smerekowiec, Przełęcz Małastowska, Zdynia, Gładyszów, Banica, Łosie.
