We are proud and pleased to announce that in 2018 we took second place in the national Medal-worthy Accommodation competition.

The competition was organized by the Agronews portal and was under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture.

In 2019, we took third place in the ORŁY TURYSTYKI competition for the best

accommodation facility in the Szczecinek district. We would like to thank our guests and promise,

that we will not rest on our laurels in improving the quality of our services.

Lilacs and Magnolias is a building made of spruce logs, which guarantees a unique atmosphere inside the building.
At guests' disposal: wireless internet (Wi-Fi), main room with fireplace, TV, home cinema,

a children's corner, a PS4 console. The main room opens onto a large veranda (30 m2) with a view of the forest.
In the attic there is a room with a TV for small meetings.
Parking is available on site.
The property also includes: a veranda, garden furniture, and a 25 m2 barbecue shelter.

4 bicycles (MTB, ladies' and 2 children's) and deckchairs are available to guests.

In winter, if weather conditions are favorable, it is possible to organize a sleigh ride with a bonfire.

The site is home to many old objects and antiques. These exhibits are a history lesson in themselves.

We have adapted some of them to new functions.

We serve meals buffet-style on a mangle counter from the beginning of the 20th century.

The farm wagon is part of the playground.

The old sideboard is part of the equipment for the barbecue shelter.

These items and many others have belonged to the family for generations.

We are happy to present them to you.

For the active guest: hiking trails, Nordic Walking, cycle trips, possibility of fishing, canoeing trips, possibility of mushroom picking.

Breakfasts and dinners are served buffet style.

In the kitchen we rely on vegetables from our garden and from local farmers.

The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, on a 2-hectare plot. The property directly borders the forest.

Within a radius of a few kilometers there are several lakes: Komorze, Rakowskie, Lubickie, Pile.

The closest one, 800 m from the facility, is Lake Karsie.

The village, where the church and shops are located, is about 1 km away.

The building smells new. Built and finished with wood, it creates a unique atmosphere.

The rooms and corridor are carpeted.

The building has an area of over 400 m2, which makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

The 30 m² veranda overlooks the forest. A great place to relax in the afternoon.
