- living room - fireplace, large, extendable (up to 2 m long) table, 9 chairs,

- kitchen - fully equipped, including a bar, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, pots, cups, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery.

* Flat plot, fully fenced, size approx. 1100 m2:
