The prices apply to renting an apartment for up to 4 people. For additional persons, the fee is PLN 20 per person, children under 4 are free.
High season (second weekend of July - penultimate weekend of August - 460 PLN/day.
Mid season (last weekend of June - second weekend of July, from the last week of August) - PLN 420/day, discounts for regular customers.
May, June, September - PLN 280/day, for longer stays (over 3 days) - PLN 250/day.
In the heating season, prices are set individually, rental only for longer stays or when several apartments are occupied.
Fees are accepted only in the form of transfers. The prices include all costs, except for the tourist tax (paid in cash).
The deposit for the reservation is 20% of the fee.
The hotel day lasts from 15:00 to 11:00.

We have four apartments at your disposal, each with an independent entrance directly from the manor. The apartments are designed for four people, but it is possible to rent them for up to 6 people. The area of each is 48 m2, the equipment is identical:
- separate entrance directly from the manor (no corridors shared with other guests),
- on the ground floor, a living room with a large TV set (terrestrial digital TV, the ability to connect your own set-top boxes and digital platforms), a sofa bed and a dining table,
- kitchenette with full equipment (fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, electric kettle, microwave, pots, dishes, kitchen utensils),
- bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, own hot water tank,
- on the first floor, two double bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed), a capacious wardrobe,
- security gate on the stairs,
- after agreement, we provide a baby cot, a bathtub, a potty and a high chair,
- fiber optic internet access,
- central heating in case of bad weather,
- bedding, blankets, beach chairs, screen, clothes dryer,
- in front of the entrance there is a private terrace with a bench, table and own grill,
- the possibility of using the iron and bicycles.
After each stay, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and the bedding is washed at high temperature.

The facility is built in Canadian wooden technology, which makes the house warm and at the same time "breathes". We also used the most natural materials for finishing and equipment. The place is therefore safe for small and large allergy sufferers. We do not accept pets for the same reason. We focus on ecology, segregate waste, use natural cleaning agents.

The area is fenced, green and safe for children. For our youngest guests, we have prepared a playground right next to the building, there is also a lot of space to run. Terrace in front of the apartment entrance, grill. Each apartment has one parking space on the premises.

Each apartment has its own kitchenette with full equipment (hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, microwave, pots, plates, utensils. Wall-mounted TV with the ability to connect your own decoders and digital platforms. Fiber optic Wifi.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Own capacitive water tank. Possibility of adding a cot, baby bath, potty or high chair.

Each apartment has its own outdoor bench and barbecue. The area is fenced, safe for children. For our youngest guests we have prepared a playground with a sandpit, swings and a slide. Lawns, lots of space to run. Balls, paddles and other toys to use. Two bicycle and trolley sheds, several bicycles to use.

Those who like active leisure can go on a hiking or cycling trip along forest trails or horseback riding. And when you run out of typical seaside entertainment, you will find them in the nearby towns - Pobierowo, Rewal or Dziwnówek. The famous Gołębiewski hotel, opened in the 2023 season, with lots of attractions available also for guests from outside, is only 4 km away from us, you can get there by car or on a forest alley by bike.

We will also be happy to advise you on what attractions can be found in the area - lovers of natural attractions, monuments and military secrets of the 20th century will find something for themselves.

The facility is located about 200 meters from the center of the village. The sea is 800 meters away and the road leads through a beautiful forest.

Łukęcin is a beautiful, quiet town in the western part of the Baltic coast, located between Dziwnów and Pobierowo. Despite its location by the sea, there are no crowds of tourists here. Instead, you can relax in the bosom of nature, enjoying the peaceful beach, forests and clean air. In the village you can eat well, buy all the necessary goods and souvenirs, but there is no hustle and bustle typical of larger towns and you do not have to push between the stalls in the crowd of tourists.
