Price-list:
* renting a house for a group of up to 16 people in April, May, June, September, from Monday to Friday for a minimum of 3 days - PLN 1,000/day

* renting a house for a group of up to 16 people in July and August - PLN 1,200/day

* renting a house for a group of up to 16 people during the heating season from Monday to Friday for at least 3 days - PLN 1,100/day * renting a house for a weekend (from Friday to Sunday) for a group of up to 16 people - from PLN 1,200/day

*renting a house for a group of up to 10 people in April, May, June, September for a minimum of 3 days from Monday to Friday - PLN 700/day

*renting a house for a group of up to 10 people in July and August - PLN 900/day

*renting a house for a group of up to 10 people during the heating season for at least 3 days from Monday to Friday - PLN 800/day

*renting a house for a weekend (from Friday to Sunday) for a group of up to 10 people - PLN 1,000/day

Mandatory fee for final cleaning of the house - PLN 200.

During the holiday season, I rent the house for a minimum of 7 nights.
A security deposit of PLN 400 is collected on the day of arrival and is refundable on the day of departure.
The price includes all utilities, bed linen, two towels per person, basic cleaning products, and 1 cubic meter of firewood. A full-size hotel bed (200x90 cm) with bed linen and two towels is available for an additional fee of PLN 60 per night.

Confirmation of the reservation is a deposit (30% of the amount due), which must be transferred to the specified account within 3 days of registration, the remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival.

Reservations can be made by phone.
The day begins at 5 p.m. and ends the next day from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. (changes are possible by prior arrangement).

I offer guests a large, fully equipped house with a well-kept (2000 m) garden. The house has a large living room with kitchen, five bedrooms - one bedroom with a double bed, three bedrooms with a double bed and a toddler bed, one bedroom with five single beds, three bathrooms with shower, toilet, two comfortably equipped kitchens (one with an exit on the roofed terrace), it is possible to order a full-size extra bed (200x90 cm).

* living room - a lounge set, a large table with chairs, a showcase with utensils, 40-inch TV, radio, wireless internet,
* kitchen - 2 sets of dishes for 16 people, pots, mixer, electric jug, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric stove, dishwasher, cloths, towels, tablecloths, dishwasher tablets to start ,
* terrace - two tables with chairs, deckchairs, grill with a smokehouse,
* mezzanine - bathroom with shower, three bedrooms for 8 people,
* first floor - a bathroom with a shower and a bidet, a TV room with a bookcase and a seating set, a triple bedroom (a double bed and a couch for a child) and a second bedroom with five single beds, a play area for children,
* a play area for children on the first floor is equipped with furniture, games, toys, books, puzzles, coloring and painting supplies, blocks, dolls, teddy bears,
* ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, 3 hair dryers in the bathrooms, baby bath, potty, travel cot, two high chairs, playpen for children,
*garage - table football, table tennis, darts, exercise equipment.
In the basement there is a cold storage room for food products, a kitchen with a washing machine and a third bathroom with a shower.

I am renting a large, very well-equipped house, designed for comfortable relaxation for a group of up to 16 people.
The house is year-round, well-heated, in a semi-detached building, for the exclusive use of guests. I offer a two-story, large and very comfortably furnished house at the disposal of guests. Two large terraces adjoin the house - one roofed adjacent to the exit from the kitchen to the garden, the other open with a view of Lake Kamienickie. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with an area of approx. 2000 m2 with numerous attractions for children and adults.
On the property: garden furniture, playground for children, fireplace and grill. There is a place for ball games and other sports.
The property with a large parking lot for guests is fenced and lighted.

We perfectly organize: conferences, integration events, birthday parties, name-day parties, jubilee parties.

For children there is a large playground with toys, a mini beach with toys, balls, a sandpit, a house with a slide and a climbing wall, 3 swings, a merry-go-round, 3 hammocks, a trampoline, a basketball basket, 2 scooters, a horse swing, two bicycles for children, darts.
In the garden there is a large roofed gazebo equipped with two tables with chairs, deckchairs, a grill with a smokehouse, there is a place for a bonfire, from which you can admire the beautiful view of the lake and the sunset in the evening. There is a basketball hoop and a place to play ball. We provide firewood for an additional fee of PLN 100/m3.
For lovers of cycling trips, there are 4 bicycles for adults and 2 bicycles for children. Playroom for children, equipped with a large desk, furniture, books, board games, toys, blocks, puzzles, coloring and painting supplies.

Table tennis, table football and darts are available for guests.

For the active guest: possibility of mushroom picking, hiking trails, cycle lanes, bathing beach, possibility of fishing, ski lifts and slopes.

Tourist attractions: nature reserve, architectural monuments, castle.

In the vicinity possibility to buy full board, café, restaurant.

The house is located in the Royal House in the Sierakowice commune in the Kashubian Landscape Park. Kamienica Królewska is a very attractive tourist destination, located on the edge of the Mirachowskie forests between Kamienickie and Junno lakes. It is a place of rest for people who value peace, quiet and rest in the bosom of nature.

The biggest advantage is the beautiful location of the house, a charming view of Lake Kamienickie and a large beautiful garden with numerous attractions for children and adults. During the day, you can admire the lake with floating sailboats, and in the evening, by the fire, enjoy the view of the setting sun over the lake. The covered terrace ensures comfortable stay in the open air all day long. You can relax in peace and quiet, for lovers of cycling trips I offer 4 bicycles for adults and 2 bicycles for children. The house is very large, nicely decorated, aesthetic, for the exclusive use of guests, which gives great comfort. I ensure aesthetics and cleanliness at a high level. A very charming place. Within a short distance, you can visit interesting corners of Kashubia. It is an ideal place for families with children as well as larger groups of friends.
