We offer a diverse range of options for both discerning travelers and those who value value for money. For the former, we offer superior rooms with numerous amenities. For the latter, we provide everything they need for a comfortable stay. Each room, regardless of standard, is equipped with a bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and Wi-Fi. We offer discounts depending on the number of guests and length of stay.

We offer private rooms for 1, 2 and 3 people, eight standard rooms and four superior rooms.
Standard rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, TVs, Wi-Fi, and work desks. The kitchenettes are equipped with a refrigerator, induction stove, sink, kettle, and a full set of dishes, pots, and pans.
Superior rooms feature bathrooms, kitchenettes, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi access, and workspaces. Electric roller blinds ensure complete darkness even during the day. The kitchenettes are equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and sink. Guests are provided with a full set of dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking utensils, a set of pots and pans, glasses, and a wine opener. Towels and bed linen are also provided.
After each customer stay, the rooms are disinfected with ozone and disinfectants.

For an additional fee, we provide a washing machine, dryer, iron, and electric vehicle charging.
There is a monitored parking lot on the premises. Guests have access to a gazebo with a barbecue, perfect for entertaining on warm days.
For cyclists, we have a bicycle storage area with free charging for electric bikes, monitored and secured with an alarm.
The eco-friendly facility is powered by electricity from a photovoltaic system and heated by a heat pump. It features numerous modern and ecological features, including a parking grid instead of concrete paving stones and energy-efficient appliances.

A horse farm is located 200 meters away, offering individual, recreational, sports, and training horseback riding for beginners and advanced riders, as well as horseback riding and horseback riding tours and hippotherapy. We are located in the picturesque region of the San and Trzebośnica River valleys, surrounded by forests and adjacent to the Green Velo cycling route. The commune boasts numerous cycling trails and the only natural site of Pontic azalea in Europe, accessible via one of the trails. Kayaking trips are organized on the Trzebośnica River, while the San River is ideal for fishing. We are an excellent base for visiting nearby attractions, such as the Monastery in Leżajsk, the Reservoir in Ożanna, the Castle in Łańcut, the Palace in Sieniawa, the Open-Air Museum in Kolbuszowa, the Market Square in Rzeszów, Jarosław and Sandomierz, and many other lesser-known attractions.

The facility is located next to national road no. 77 Stalowa Wola-Jarosław and 20 km from the S19 Rzeszów-Lublin road, in a quiet and peaceful rural area, close to a forest. The nearest airport, Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport, and the A4 motorway are 40 km away, a drive of approximately 30 minutes. Leżajsk is approximately 8 km away. The facility is ideally located on the Green Velo route, halfway between key destinations on the route, such as Łańcut and Sandomierz, making it a popular accommodation choice for cyclists.

We are an ideal location for cyclists exploring the Green Velo Trail and local trails in the San Valley region. Located on the Green Velo Trail, halfway between Rzeszów and Sandomierz, our facility is a popular choice for overnight stays. We provide bike storage and charging facilities for electric bikes, all monitored and secured by an alarm system. Our workshop is equipped with the tools needed to repair minor technical issues. Bike rentals are also available on-site.

Our rural, peaceful setting, close proximity to forests, rivers, and hiking and cycling trails, guarantees relaxation between working quietly on your laptop in a private room or outdoors. Outside, you can work and relax in the garden with a green lawn and a gazebo with a power outlet and Wi-Fi coverage.
