The price depends on the number of people in the cottage and the date of stay.

We would also like to inform you that in July and August we rent cottages for a minimum of 6 days, and outside the holiday period for a minimum of 2 days.

Possibility to reserve a feeding chair, upon prior arrangement.

We accept pets for an additional fee of PLN 20/day.

We offer three types of new, wooden, spacious and comfortable cottages:

* 6-person cottage with a mezzanine (photos marked with number 1 and photos without a number):
- living room with a fold-out corner sofa,
- kitchenette (fully equipped),
- bedroom with two single beds,
- mezzanine with a double bed equipped with an air circulator,
- bathroom.

* 4-person single-story cottage (photos marked with number 2):

- bedroom with a sofa bed,
- bedroom with two single beds,
- walk-through kitchen with dining room (fully equipped),
- air circulator,
- bathroom.

* 4-person single-story cottage (photos marked with number 3):

- living room with a sofa bed,
- kitchenette (fully equipped),
- bedroom with two single beds,
- air circulator,
- bathroom.

At each cottage, guests have access to:

- terrace,
- garden furniture,
- deckchairs,
- barbecue.

Within the fenced area of the resort there are: barbecue, deck chairs, hammocks and parking spaces.

For children there is a playground, trampoline, and football goals.

Near the resort:
- lagoon with a beach, swimming pool and water equipment,

- the Black River.

Sielpia is an excellent base for those who want to visit the Raj Cave, the Henryk Sienkiewicz Museum in Oblęgorek, the castle in Chęciny, the Bartek oak, the Holy Cross, the Miniature Park in Krajno or the Jurassic Park in Bałtów.
And in Sielpia itself, enthusiasts of technical monuments can visit the Museum of the Old Polish Industrial Basin.

In Końskie, approx. 9 km away, there is an indoor swimming pool.

There are numerous restaurants, bars and food trucks nearby.

The houses are located close to the reservoir, right next to the Czarna River.
