Pet fee PLN 20 per day. Stay from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival to 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

An additional fee is charged at the end of the stay for the electricity consumed in the amount of 50% of the sub-meter reading.

Although the area of the plot (97 ares) would allow for the location of a camping site, we did not do this in order to provide our guests with maximum privacy.

We have two summer houses:
1. A two-level wooden house,
2. An extensive Dutch house.
Duplex cottage.
On the ground floor: living room, bathroom, kitchenette, porch. fold-out sofa bed. Total area - 48 m2
On the first floor there is a mezzanine with four low couches

2 bedrooms - the first with a double bed, the second with three single beds, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, living room, porch. The total area of 48 m2.

In the houses: wireless internet access (Wi-Fi), TV-SAT, radio, bedding, garden furniture, deckchairs, tourist guides, information materials, maps, postcards and folders of our facility (to be used by guests), tourist chairs, portable grill, life jackets.
Kitchenette is equipped with: gas cooker, dishes, pots, cutlery, fridge-freezer.
Bathroom equipment: shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet.

On the premises with a total area of 9700 m2 there are; two fish ponds, playing fields, a tennis table with equipment, a covered bonfire area, a garden gazebo with a stone fireplace, a barbecue area, a smokehouse, a herb garden, a pier on the lake, a swimming area for children, water equipment (a water bike, a rowing boat, a kayak) and sports equipment.
The facility is located in the buffer zone of the "Puszcza Romincka" Landscape Park, directly on the "Przerośl" lake and the GREEN VELO "bicycle highway" running next to the plot.

The seat of the district is the city of Gołdap, the only health resort in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. There are publicly accessible salt graduation towers on the lake of the same name.

We help organize trips to Vilnius, Klaipėda, as well as participation in kayaking trips.

For active people: table tennis - ping-pong, volleyball court, basketball court, kayak, two rowing boats, kayak, water bike, life jackets.

At guests' disposal: 2 fish ponds, a pier to the lake, a pier to the pond, green area, herb garden.
For children: swings, sandbox, swimming area, plastic pools for small children at each house.

* It is possible to use the services of the nearby stud farm for riding school, horseback riding or carriage rides.

* The GREEN VELO Bicycle Highway runs directly next to the facility.

Culinary options are available within 1 km of our facility.

The facility is located directly on the Przerośl lake with a private pier and the lake shoreline. "Zielone Tarasy" is at the same time the buffer zone of the Romincka Forest Landscape Park and the region of Masuria Garbate. The capital of the region is the Gołdap health resort with graduation towers, 19 km away from our facility.
