Tomaszówka - Domek na Kaszubach

The price depends on the date and length of stay and the number of people.

On New Year's Eve, different prices apply - individual arrangements.

The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, cleaning products, wood for the fireplace, electricity, water, internet, parking.

To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay.

The remaining amount for the stay plus the deposit is payable by bank transfer no later than the day before arrival. Access to the house is provided remotely. After the full amount is paid, the day before arrival I send a code to collect the keys from the safe on the facade of the building.

2-week stay - one night free.

We do not rent for 1 day or for loud events such as stag parties, integration events, etc.

During the holiday season, the minimum stay is 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.

Accommodation from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

We offer two identical new, luxurious, year-round, brick houses for 8 people with an area of 80 m2, located approx. 30 m from each other. Both houses are located in a complex of other holiday houses that are part of the recreation center.
On the ground floor of the house there is a double bedroom, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
In the living room: a fireplace distributing heat throughout the house, a sofa, table and chairs, TV, mini stereo system with Bluetooth.
Kitchenette equipment: fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Tchibo filter and capsule coffee maker, mixer, toaster, pots, frying pan, dishes, plates, cutlery.
In the bathroom: shower cabin, washbasin, toilet.
On the first floor: a double bedroom, a four-person bedroom, a hall with a large wardrobe, a bathroom.
The bathroom is equipped with: shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, washing machine, bowl, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer.
The bedrooms have double and single beds designed so that they can be joined together to create stable double beds (without a hole between the mattresses). There is a cabinet with a night lamp next to each bed.
In front of the house there is a large covered terrace.
Smoking is prohibited in the cottages.

Each house is located on a separate, fenced plot with an area of approx. 350 m2.

We offer 2 parking spaces on the property. In the garden there is a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
Facilities for families with children: travel cot, table with chairs, feeding chair, baby bathtub.
We accept dogs free of charge, provided that they do not cause any damage, the owners clean up after their pets and make sure that they do not annoy other guests at the resort. The cottage is enclosed by a ranch-style fence sealed with plastic mesh.

The cottage is heated all year round. The living room with kitchenette has an air conditioner optimized for heating, a fireplace with warm air distribution and electric heaters in the bedrooms.

For children: trampoline, books, fairy tales, songs, lullabies to listen to on CD.

The house has a large terrace and terrace furniture. There is a grill zone in the garden, i.e. garden furniture, a garden tent, and a concrete grill.

Wi-Fi GSM included in the price of the stay.

Near the houses there is a fenced, grassy football pitch and a tennis court.
At the lake, you can use the pier, beach, floating equipment rental, and wakeboarding lift.
By the beach there is a restaurant, bowling alley, billiards, table football, and a small playground for children.
In the vicinity: forests, lakes, nature reserves, hiking, cycling and kayaking trails, Nordic Walking routes, fishing on the Święta lake and on the private Okonek lake for a fee, mushroom picking, Forestpark rope park, Fairy Tale Castle for children, Kashubian Miniature Park, Kaszubski Park of Giants, Minigolf in Zgorzałe, botanical garden in Gołubie.

By the lake - approx. 200 m from the house - there is a restaurant/bar where they serve tasty dinners and drinks. The restaurant is located approx. 20-30 m from the lake and pier. Other restaurants and pizzerias in Sierakowice, approximately 7 km away.

The cottages are located on the premises of the Na Gwizdówce Recreation Center, among similar summer cottages.
The center is stylized as a former Slovinian village with half-timbered buildings.
Tomaszówka is located in the Kashubian Landscape Park.
To the Holy Lake 200 m. For anglers there is also a private lake Okonek 300 m.

The nearest store is 2 km away. Larger shops and a shopping center in Sierakowice 7 km away.
Distances: Gdańsk - 60 km, Łeba - 50 km, Szymbark - 40 km, Koszałkowo-Wieżyca Active Recreation Center - 35 km.
