We offer our guests in Sejwy a semi-detached house with a total area of 230 m2.
In the house there are 2 independent apartments, for 7 and 9 people, with an area of approx. 100 m2 each.
The apartment has 3 or 4 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, 2 bathrooms, a terrace.

Kitchen equipment: fridge, cooker with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, cordless kettle, dishes.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor with a bathtub.

The apartment is equipped with: TV-SAT, garden furniture.
Each of the apartments has an independent entrance, parking spaces, a lounge suite and a grill.
At a distance of 70 m from the house there is Lake Sejwy, with a private beach covered with grass, with a sandy shore, a gentle descent to the water and a pier with an area of 40 m2.
There is a boat included in the cost of the stay, a playground for children.

Detailed price list - the cost of renting an apartment:
* holiday stay 15.06 - 31.08:
- price for 9 people 550 PLN/day,
- price for 7 people 450 PLN/day,

* holiday stay off-season:
- price for 9 people from PLN 440/day,
- price for 7 people from PLN 360/day.

Possibility of negotiating the price with fewer people.
Reservation takes place after prior agreement and advance payment to the account.
The amount of the advance payment to be agreed.

We invite you to our second house, located in Przejma Wielka, by Lake Szelment Wielki, on a 1000-meter plot.
It overlooks the lake.
A 5-6-person cottage, one-story with a usable attic.
Upstairs: 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, open kitchen (fridge, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, dishes) and a large bathroom.
From the house we go out to the terrace with garden furniture.
In front of the house there is a driveway for cars, a pond, behind the house - the recreational part of the plot.
At a distance of 250 m from the cottage there is Lake Szelment, with a private beach covered with grass, a long sandy shore and a gentle descent to the water.
Guests can use a boat included in the cost of their stay, toys for children (tables, chairs, sandbox, swings, slides, etc.), deckchairs for adults.

PRICE LIST:
* holiday stay 15.06-31.08 (payment for 1 day) PLN 480,
* holiday stay out of season (charge for 1 day) from PLN 380.


Both our houses are heated, available to guests all year round.

Tourist attractions: pier, architectural monuments.

For the active guest: aquapark, ski lifts and slopes, bicycle paths, canoeing trips.

At guests' disposal bathing beach.

We guarantee privacy and independence as well as home atmosphere.
