Each of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed measuring 160x200, and the largest bedroom on the first floor has a single bed measuring 90x200. Each bedroom has a TV. On each bed you will find two sets of duvets and comfortable pillows measuring 70x80 and smaller ones measuring 40x40.

The rooms are decorated with an atmosphere, natural materials such as wool and cotton as well as soft materials and motifs from nature were used.

The year-round holiday home In a pine forest is located on the outskirts of Milicz, right next to a bicycle path, among forests. The cottage is located on its own on a 420 m2 plot, for the exclusive use of guests. On the plot there is free parking for up to 3 cars and a place to relax outside with a barbecue and a large wooden table in a country style. The building can accommodate 7 adults, the area of the building is 100 m2, which provides freedom of rest.

The cottage is two-story, year-round, climatically arranged, modeled on 19th-century cottages, stylized as a Prussian wall. Ecological and natural materials were used in the interior.

On the ground floor of the building there is a living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair and TV. On the same level we will find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a wooden table constituting a dining area and one bedroom for a couple.

On the first floor there are two atmospherically furnished bedrooms with double beds 160x200. The whole is complemented by accessories selected with the greatest attention to detail.

The facility is heated, year-round.

There is a barbecue area in front of the house.

For drivers, there is a free, closed parking lot for 3 vehicles.

Pets are not allowed.

The cottage is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.

English, French and German are spoken at the property.

The organisation of parties, hen and stag parties is prohibited in the facility.

The cottage is located on the edge of a pine forest, on the outskirts of Milicz, in the heart of the Barycz Valley, in the Landscape Park and in the Natura 2000 area. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, right next to a hiking trail leading through the forest to a small pond and the historic cone-hulling plant. A bicycle path leads to the city center, along which the facility is located.

In the summer months from June to September 1st you can use the swimming area, which you can reach on foot in 2 minutes.
