The house consists of:
* 2 rooms with a terrace and access to the garden,
* bathroom with shower and bidet and separate toilet,
* access to the equipped kitchen.
It is possible to add a cot for a small child.

Parking spaces are at guests' disposal.

Additionally on the premises: place for bonfire, place for grill.

The facility is located in a quiet and peaceful area, on the edge of the Tri-City Landscape Park.
