Prices depend on the number of people, length of stay and season.

We reserve the right to a possible price increase:

* for short-term stays of 1-2 days,

* during holiday periods: Christmas, Easter, Corpus Christi;

* during the May Day and New Year's Eve period;

* for stag and hen parties

During the above periods prices may be set individually.

The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 11:00.

Rooms for up to 4 people. Each room has two double beds, bathroom, kitchenette, under-counter fridge, TV, wifi and separate entrance.

Our year-round house is located in the village of Ternopil on a large plot of approximately 4400 sq m. It is finished in a country style and heated by an ecological heat source, i.e. a Heat Pump.

The house has two entrances and in one of them there is an apartment with an area of approximately 90 m2 and intended for a maximum of 9 people.

In the second part of the house there are separate rooms for 2-4 people, each with an area of approximately 16-18 sq m, with a bathroom, kitchenette, under-counter fridge, TV and Wi-Fi, and each with two double beds.

On the plot there is a stocked pond in which guests staying with us can fish, and the rules of use for those interested are already on site.

We have 4 bicycles at our guests’ disposal which you can use, but only for RECREATIONAL riding, i.e. short distances, and are free of charge for stays longer than 3 nights.

There is also a VOLLEYBALL court, barbecue area and bonfire area.

The apartment has an area of 90 m2 and can accommodate up to 9 people.

The apartment consists of: 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenette, terrace.

BILLIARDS is for the EXCLUSIVE USE of apartment guests.

Parking is available on the premises.

The best and healthiest treatment for all guests staying with us is a walk in the surrounding forests and to the nearby Siemianówka Reservoir.

Our house is perfect for BACHELOR and HEN parties

There is a pond with fish on the premises, an ideal place for fishing.

There are 4 bicycles available for guests.

- Siemianówka Reservoir about 2 km, and a recreation and leisure complex (beach, swimming area, water bikes, kayak, motorboats, windsurfing, sports fields complex),

- Białowieża Forest 5 km - a wonderful forest complex, possibility of observing bisons,

- Białowieża, Hajnówka 30 km,

- bicycle routes,

- walking routes.

Our accommodation offer does not include meals.

The facility is located right next to the forest and near Lake Siemianówka. It is about 30 km from Białowieża.
