Each house is divided into two separate 4-6 person apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance with a vestibule, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a mezzanine. The apartments are equipped with TV, Wi-Fi internet, fridge, electric kettle, dishes, bedding. Two apartments are adapted for the disabled. There is a covered gazebo next to each house.

Additionally on the premises garden arbour, place for bonfire, place for grill.

The facility is fenced.

In the resort there is: a dry sauna (Finnish), table tennis.

For active people: ski lifts and routes (Siepraw 13 km, Myślenice 14 km, Kasina Wielka 20 km, Lubomierz 41 km, Rabka 45 km), hiking trails, tennis courts, bicycle paths.
Tourist attractions: Dobczyce (castle ruins and a wooden open-air museum, a lake and a huge dam, hiking trails, discos, cultural events), Kraków (a magical royal city), Bochnia (salt town), Wieliczka (historic salt mine), Wadowice (Karol's hometown Wojtyła), Oświęcim (the Holocaust memorial).

It is possible to buy tasty meals in a nearby restaurant (about 50 meters from the center). In the city center, there are other restaurants serving regional dishes, as well as pizzerias and fast-food bars, grocery stores open 24 hours a day. For larger groups, it is possible to organize catering in the resort.

Perfect location: close to Kraków, Wieliczka, Wadowice, Oświęcim, Częstochowa, and Energyladia in Zator.
