The house consists of 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a boiler room with a washing machine and a terrace.

Swimming in a pond with a sandy beach, a hot tub, fishing, boating, skating on a frozen pond, winter swimming, practicing yoga.
