The minimum stay is 2 days, and 4 days during the Christmas and New Year's Eve period.

We have three modern barn-type summer houses.

The house consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace.

The cottage has air conditioning and Smart TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, induction hob, tableware, pots, kitchen utensils and accessories.

The cottages are located on a fenced property with an area of 66 ares.

Guests have access to a large gazebo with a gas grill and a table for 12 people, as well as a fireplace.

The property offers free parking.

For children there is a covered play area and an outdoor playground with various attractions.

For adults there is a table tennis table, a sauna and a hot tub (extra charge). Additionally, a salt cave and a swimming pond in summer.

In the vicinity:
- mountain trails,
- hiking and cycling routes,
- cross-country and downhill skiing routes.

The cottages are located at the foot of Mount Modyń.
