Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms have terraces.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

There is also a dining room with a large table.

The equipment includes television and Wi-Fi access, although due to the location the internet may be limited.

The kitchen includes a two-burner induction cooktop, kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils, such as pots and plates, are provided.

The house has underfloor heating and heat recovery. There's a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

Guests have a separate courtyard with a large covered gazebo overlooking the lake.

Free parking on site.

The facility is monitored.

Small dogs are allowed, only by prior arrangement.

A baby cot, a bathtub and a changing table are available upon request.

By prior arrangement, you can use the kobido facial massage service.

By prior arrangement, we can organize classes with a yoga instructor.

We have three bicycles available to guests.

Nearby attractions include hiking and cycling forest trails, a kayaking trail, and beautiful surrounding lakes.

By prior arrangement, the host can provide full board or, for example, just dinner.

At the request of our guests, we deliver regional products and preserves - cheeses, milk straight from the cow, fresh and smoked fish, cold cuts, honey, seasonal mushrooms.

There is a restaurant serving regional dishes 5 km from the property - we recommend it, it is very tasty.

There is a grocery store within the same distance.

The house is located on Lake Łajskie, which is within the boundaries of the Natura 2000 reserve. Lake Łajskie connects with Lake Kośno, which stretches for 6 km.

You can get to us from Warsaw in two and a half hours, from Tricity it's about two hours away, and we're only 20 km from Olsztyn.

Upon prior arrangement, we can arrange transport for our guests from the Olsztyn railway station.

The village of Łajs is located on the border of Warmia and Mazury. It is surrounded by forests and lakes. We are an oasis of comfortable relaxation with walking and cycling paths. The surrounding area invites you to enjoy kayaking on the Łyna, Kośna, and Marózka rivers. The forests are abundant with mushrooms, and the lakes are full of fish.

From the gazebo we can most often observe birds such as ducks, cranes, grey and white herons, colorful woodpeckers, and with a bit of luck you can spot a beautiful kingfisher.
