The price depends on the number of people, date and length of stay.

In the mid and low season the minimum stay is 2 days, and in the high season it is 4 days.

Children under 2 years old free of charge. For children aged 2-14, 20% discount.

We require a deposit of 40% of the total amount for your stay.

We accept pets upon prior arrangement. An additional one-time fee of PLN 80 related to cleaning.

We require a deposit of PLN 400 on the day of arrival, refundable on the last day.

The stay period is from 15.30 to 10.30.

We have prepared 5 large, atmospheric apartments for our guests.

Ogrodowy - apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the garden for 4 people, 48 m2. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a goat, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Ceglany - apartment for 4 people, 55 m2, on the ground floor with a large terrace of 30 m2. The apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen, and a bathroom.

Eco loft - two-level apartment for 4 people, 65 m2. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom.

Scandi Loft - two-level apartment for 5 people, 68 m2. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. Additionally, for children on request: Lego blocks, wooden Brio blocks, books, eating chair.

Mint Loft - two-level apartment for 3 people, 45 m2. The apartment consists of a bedroom on a large and high mezzanine, a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom and toilet. Additionally, for children on request: Lego blocks, wooden Brio blocks, books, eating chair.

The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, pots and dishes.

In the bathroom: shower or bathtub, hairdryer, towels.

A baby cot is available upon request.

The apartments are located in a restored railway station building from 1906.

The facility is open all year round, except January 15-31.

We also invite you to our houses right on the lake with its own shore and pier.

In Ublik Wind we have 3 houses for 4 people.

In Ublik Black there is a wooden house for 4 people with a terrace.

Ublik Polana consists of 2 wooden houses for 4 people with terraces.

Nearby attractions: water sports, fishing, horse riding, hiking and cycling routes, nature reserves.

It is worth visiting Mikołajki, Giżycko, Ryn, Okartowo.

The facility is located surrounded by greenery and two lakes.
