The house has a large, covered terrace with a set of lounge furniture.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in the first one. 2 single beds in the second one) plus a mezzanine with a sofa for two people and a bathroom with a shower.
Downstairs there is a living room with a kitchenette, in the living room there is a fold-out sofa for 2 people.
In the kitchen: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, accessories and kitchen utensils.

The house is located on a fenced plot of 7 ares.

Guests have access to a grill and a bonfire area.

The resort has over 9 hectares of pine forest. The resort area is fenced, guarded 24 hours a day, and the gate is monitored. The beach is only accessible to owners of the other plots, so there are no crowds on the beach and there is space for every guest.

Sauna and jacuzzi available for a fee

Lake Wersminia has a first-class cleanliness. There is a sports equipment rental at the lake, as well as a fishing spot. The lake has a sandy beach and a gentle descent to the water - safe for children. There is a volleyball court at the beach.
