The price of PLN 50 per person applies if 4 people use the apartment at the same time.

Apartments with an area of 22 m2 and 18 m2, with bathroom, kitchenette and terrace.
The equipment includes TV, Wi-Fi. In the larger apartment on the first floor, there is a sofa bed and two single beds that can be combined into one very large double bed. The smaller apartment, on the ground floor, has a sofa bed and one very large double bed. There is a large balcony window with direct access to the terrace. The rooms are equipped with bed linen, towels, a wardrobe. The kitchenette has sponges, cloths, dishwashing liquid, and all accessories necessary to prepare a meal, in the bathroom there is body soap and toilet paper. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Smoking is allowed only in a designated area outside.

The facility is located on one of the main streets in the city, but the high stone fence that surrounds it creates an atmosphere of intimacy. In front of the building there is a terrace with a table, intended for guests from two apartments. For those arriving by car, there is free parking. The facility has free Wi-Fi and smart TV. Guests have access to a kitchenette in each of the apartments, equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, and all the necessary small accessories, as well as dishes and cutlery. The living room is connected to the bedroom and kitchenette, constituting one whole. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of PLN 30 per day. Due to the frequent presence of people staying on business and working, to ensure silence, the facility does not accept children younger than 10 years old, and loud parties are not tolerated.

On the other side of the street there is a gym, 500m city swimming pool. 5 minutes walk to a large, covered tennis court, nearby amphitheater, river marina, restaurants, Museum of the Braniewo Region, defensive walls, part of the old castle, beautifully rebuilt cathedral. Around Braniewo there is peaceful nature, clean forests, 10 km nature reserve on Lake Pierzchalski. Nearby there is a beautiful Green Velo bicycle route and also 7 km away is the fishing village of Nowa Pasłęka on the Vistula Lagoon. A town famous for its delicious fish soup and the most beautiful sunsets.

The nearest restaurant is about 5 minutes walk from the apartments.

On the opposite side of the street there is a Żabka and about 100 m away there is also a Biedronka.
