The house is on two levels, upstairs there is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, two of which have access to the terrace. Two bedrooms are 2-person, the third is a 3-person.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace.

Next to the houses there is a portable grill, garden furniture - a table and benches, a place for a hammock, deckchairs and a playhouse for children.

The plot area is fenced.
