Agroturystyka Sielska Zagroda offers three accommodation facilities: the year-round Dom pod Grusza and the Gawra and Ptasi Zakątek apartments.

THE HOUSE UNDER THE PEAR
A year-round, two-level cottage for 2-6 people.
On the floor:
- bedroom No. 1: double bed + 1 single bed (2 children or 1 adult),
- bedroom No. 2: double bed (with the possibility of an extra bed for a child),
(possibility of an extra bed - travel cot for children)
- bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is:
- fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, tableware),
- dining room and lounge area with TV and fireplace,
- bathroom with shower, towels available to guests.
The house has a large terrace with a table and benches.

Possibility of renting the House under Pear Tree for a smaller number of people - price to be agreed.

GAWRA APARTMENT
Designed for 2 people + 1 adult or child (double bed, single bed).
The apartment includes:
- room: TV, fireplace,
- kitchenette: stove, fridge, microwave-grill, tableware,
- bathroom equipped with towels for guests,
- sauna (for an additional fee of PLN 150).

BIRD CORNER APARTMENT
Designed for 3 adults or a family with two children (2+2).
The apartment includes:
- living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave-grill, tableware),
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed,
- bathroom equipped with towels for guests.

At guests' disposal:
- a large gazebo with a barbecue and bonfire area,
- garden with a beautiful view of the sunset,
- swing,
- deckchairs,
- hammocks,
- bicycles,
- children's corner with a house, swing and slide,
- Nordic walking poles.

We also invite you to the INNA BAJKA farmstead located 400 m from Sielska Zagroda - NOWOBEREZOWO 74.

Here we have prepared 3 stylish houses.
When arranging it, we tried to reflect the character and atmosphere of the Podlasie climate.
This was achieved thanks to old furniture and trinkets in the Podlasie style, which we gave new life to in our interiors.
The old tiled stove has become the heart of the Bajka house, and the restored wooden floors, walls and doors hold interesting stories from decades ago.

BAJKA is designed for 6 people.
The house consists of:
* living room with a seating set, table with chairs and a stylish tiled stove,
* fully equipped kitchenette,

* 2-person room with a double bed and bathroom,

* 2-person room with a double bed,

* 2-person room with 2 single beds,

* bathroom,

* covered terrace,

* barbecue.

Additionally, we have two smaller houses:

The novella is intended for 4 people.

The house consists of:

* 2 bedrooms with a double bed,

* living room with fully equipped kitchenette,

* large bathroom with shower,

* terrace.

The stylish Mouse Norka Loft is designed for 2 people.

The house consists of:

* living room with a fully equipped kitchenette,

* bedroom with a double bed,

* fireplace,

* large bathroom with shower.

At the disposal of the guests of Fairy Tales, Novels and Mouse Holes:

* garden tub (additional fee 200 PLN/2-3 h session),

* sauna (fee PLN 180/2-3 hour session),

*barbecue,

* place for a bonfire (fee 50zl)

* bicycles.

On the property we have preserved an old, beautiful barn and pigsties.
The whole thing creates a typical Podlasie, rural yard with an orchard behind the barn and beautiful areas for walks :)

Our youngest project is a renovated cottage in the neighboring village of Aczarowane Kojły 7 .

In a village in Podlasie, on a hill, there is an enchanted wooden cottage with a beautiful tiled stove, wooden floors, walls, doors and windows full of history.

There are three bedrooms in the house and each has its own unique atmosphere.
Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen.
We added a terrace to the house so that our guests could spend time pleasantly and enjoy the nature and space that prevails in the settlement, but so that everything would still retain its atmosphere.
1 bathroom
We converted an old hen house into an atmospheric sauna, where you can relax and splash around in a tub of hot water.
The yard is in a country style with a beautiful view of the Podlasie fields.
Here you will find a fireplace and a covered shelter.

Our entire family has given their hearts to this habitat.
It is a magical place, that's why we called it Aczarowane Kojły 7 .

The cost of renting depends on the date and length of stay and the number of people in the cottage.

The facility is located on the fringe of Puszcza Białowieska forest area.
