Sea Room is a family room located on the first floor. In the room: fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, Wi-Fi internet, TV LED 32 ". Room designed for 6 people.

The house with the rooms was built in the 1920s. It is located on a 1.5 hectare plot, right next to the lake, with access to water, a large pier and a grassy beach.

At guests' disposal: a place for a barbecue and a bonfire.

There is a billiard room on the premises, which can be used by prior arrangement.

On the premises: volleyball and basketball courts, football goals.

In the vicinity: mushroom picking, fishing (pike, perch, bream, eel, roach, tench).

The house is located among forests, on Lake Busko, in the Drawskie Lake District.
