We offer boutique rooms to our guests.

The Provençal-style Lavender Room features a fireplace. The room includes a large, fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker), a bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a 32-inch LED TV. Sleeps 4.

Dream Room with direct access to the garden. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a 32" LED TV. This room sleeps 5.

The Sea Room is a family room located on the first floor. The room includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a bathtub, Wi-Fi, and a 32" LED TV. The room sleeps 6 people.  

Vintage Room in a retro style, with a separate entrance. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a 32" LED TV. Sleeps 4.

The Idyllic Room is rustic in style and features a private entrance. The room includes a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker), bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a 32" LED TV. The room sleeps 6.

Private parking on site included in the price of your stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings. There is a designated smoking area outside.

Free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available to guests.

On-site facilities include a barbecue and the possibility of lighting a bonfire.

Our garden covers over 1.5 hectares of space.

The Egniu settlement is located on Lake Busko, in the Drawsko Lake District.

At guests' disposal there is a billiards room with table football and sisal darts.
