We offer sunny and spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. At your disposal are:

- double room with a double bed (Room with a lake view),

- double room with a double bed and a sofa (Cozy room for a couple),

- triple room with 3 single beds - connected to the upper living room (Attic Room),

- quadruple room with a double bed, 2 single beds and a beautiful view of the lake (Spacious room with a view of the lake).

The attic room and the cozy couple's room have direct entrances to the upper living room overlooking the lake.

At guests' disposal: fireplace room, kitchen with dining room, living room on the first floor with a view of the lake.

In the upper living room: relaxation area with armchairs and sofas, guides to the area, board games, old CRT TV with console, stringed and percussion instruments.

In the garden you can lie in a hammock or spread out on a blanket in the grass.

Possibility of organizing a bonfire.

We accept cats and small and medium-sized dogs.

The facility is for adult guests only.

Upon prior arrangement it is possible to organize:

- learning pickling and pickling by our housewives,

- expeditions to the Borecka Forest with our neighbor, retired nature teacher Mr. Andrzej Sulej,

- kayaking trip on the Sapina River,

- culinary workshops during which we cook outdoors,

- intimate parties and hen parties (we can organize lomi lomi massages for this occasion).

A private jetty is available to guests.

Possibility to practice yoga or meditation on our pier.

We have a SUP board, a rowing boat and 4 bikes on site.

We recommend bike rides, walks in the meadows, mushroom picking and boating.

In the spring and summer season it is worth visiting the bison enclosure in Wolisko.

In winter, you can ski on Piękna Góra in Gołdap. There are also cross-country skiing trails in the area.

We offer breakfasts and dinners for PLN 70.

Breakfast for PLN 35. Dinner for PLN 35.

Meals are prepared with local products and from our vegetable garden.

Weather permitting, breakfasts are served in the garden.

We recommend pickles and herbal schnapps prepared by our housewives - Ola and Marysia.

Nearby you can purchase cheese and honey.

The facility is located on a 40-are area, right on the shore of Lake Żywe.

Near the Sapina River and the Borecka Forest.
