We have 5 apartments located on the 2nd floor of our guest house.
The apartments consist of two rooms and a bathroom. In one room there is a bedroom with two sofas which, depending on the guests' expectations, can be joined together to create a double bed measuring 192/200 cm, two bedside tables and two bedside lamps. The second room serves as a living room with a sofa or sofa bed that can sleep 2 people, a coffee table, chairs, a desk, a cordless kettle and a refrigerator. Depending on the room, the TV is located in the bedroom or living room. Some apartments have a small balcony. Bathrooms are equipped with towels and soaps. The entire room covers an area of approximately 27 m2.

The reception is on the 1st floor. It is open 24 hours a day.

City Park with the Donnersmarck Palace: It is the largest area of urban greenery in Siemianowice Śląskie. Former castle park. In the park there is a palace built by the Mieroszewski family and expanded by the Donnersmarcks. Apart from the palace, in the northern part of the Park we can find a 17th-century granary, which until 1974 served as an economic facility of the Siemianowice State Agricultural Farm. Currently, it houses the City Museum. In the central part of the Park there is an amphitheater with the adjacent "Parkowa" Restaurant. In the south-eastern part of the facility we can find a playground for children.
Palace and farm complex in Górnik Park in Michałkowice (1870, 19th-20th century). The building, called by the residents of Siemianowice Śląskie - Zameczek, once belonged to the Mieroszewski family, but in the 18th century, one of the last owners, Jan Krzysztof, married his daughter to a Prussian officer from the Schellengroebel family. In this way, the current district of Siemianowice Śląskie - Michałkowice came under the rule of the Schellengroebel family first, and later the Rheinbaben family. After World War II, the palace was taken over by the Michał mine, then it was managed by the Siemianowice mine. Recently, the building became the property of the city. The Zameczek has been restored and currently houses the "Zameczek" Technician's House. Various cultural events take place there, including classical music concerts, and you can also organize a wedding or anniversary party.
