Price-list:
30/04-31/05 - 280 PLN/day.
01.06.-30.06. - PLN 380/day.
01/07-15/08 - 450 PLN/day.
15/08-31/08 - 420 PLN/day.
01/09-30/09 - 300 PLN/day.
The stay lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Confirmation of your reservation requires a 30% deposit payment within three days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining amount must be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we charge a fee for electricity consumption of PLN 1/kWh.
The tenant may not rent the cottage to third parties. The cottage may not be occupied by more guests than the number specified during the booking.
The owner is not responsible for items left by guests on the premises (money, jewelry, electronic devices) or for theft.
The tenant is fully liable for any material damage caused on the premises due to the fault of guests.
Please report any equipment faults to the owner immediately.
We kindly ask you not to take the cottage equipment (except beach equipment) outside the premises.
Please separate your rubbish and take it out of your cottages to the containers located on the premises.

Bungalows: for 6 persons.

Bungalow consists of: 2 bedrooms, living-room with kitchenette, bathroom, terrace.

Kitchenette is equipped with: fridge, microwave oven, cordless kettle, dishes.

Bungalows are equipped with: Internet access, TV, beach equipment.

No smoking in the bungalows.

Each cottage has its own barbecue grill and bicycles.
Grilling and lighting fires only in designated areas.
A garden is available to guests.
The area is fenced and has free parking.
The cottages are monitored 24 hours a day.
Pets welcome. :-)
It is prohibited to use flammable, corrosive, explosive or poisonous substances on the premises, as well as to use devices that are not part of the facility's equipment (e.g. gas stoves).

For children play-ground, trampoline.

The cottages are located in the town of Jezierzany.
Close to Lake Wicko, when we have had enough of the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort of Jarosławiec 300 m.

Only 2.5 km to the sea, or more precisely the famous "Dubai" beach in Jarosławiec.
