- one 3-person room,
- two double rooms,
- bathroom with a shower cabin,
- living room with kitchenette,
- TOILETS.
There is a veranda at the front of the house and a terrace at the back.

The ranch is a perfect place to organize:
- riding camps,
- school trips,
- summer camp for children,
- workshops,
- organization of weddings.

The plot area is 6 hectares and includes:
- field,
- tennis courts,
- stud farm and riding ground,
- fountain,
- fruit garden.

There is a beach next to the ranch.
There are numerous bicycle paths near the house, and it is also possible to organize kayaking trips.
