Extra beds (2) +50 PLN/night. Two children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.
Pet fees PLN 40/animal/day
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 people.

The house is fully equipped for both short stays and longer stays.
The private villa at Reglówka is available exclusively to guests of a single reservation. We do not divide the house into rooms; we offer it for exclusive use in its entirety.
Each guest receives a key to the entire villa and a remote control for the entrance gate.
The house consists of: a living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a terrace, and a garden gazebo.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor - one has a large double bed measuring 160x200 cm, the other has two single beds measuring 90x200 cm.
There is a possibility of an extra bed (max. 4) upon prior arrangement.
The living room is located on the ground floor - there is a fold-out two-seater sofa measuring 160x200 cm.
This classically furnished house is equipped with a TV (YouTube, Netflix) and has a terrace, a garden gazebo and a seating area with a fireplace.
The property also features a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and stove. Freshly ground coffee, tea (black and fruit), and sugar are provided.
Guests also have a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
All rooms offer garden views. In summer, we swim in the Utrata River and sunbathe on our mini-beach, which is part of the Reglówka area.
Guests can use free wireless internet access (300 Mb/s).

On the premises free parking lot.

Additionally on the premises: garden, place for grill, garden furniture, terrace, place for bonfire.

We accept pets.

For children play-ground, trampoline.

At guests' disposal: garden with arbour, bathing beach.

For the active guest we offer: bikes.

A variety of activities can be enjoyed on site and in the surrounding area, including hiking and cycling.
400 m from the villa there is the Młochowski Reserve, a huge forest with bicycle paths and a little further (approx. 1.5 km) a palace park with a fountain and a public playground.

The Strzeniówka swimming pool complex is located 10 minutes from the villa

The facility is located in the quiet surroundings, close to forest.

The entire facility, including the garden, is rented exclusively to guests of one reservation.

At the guests' request, we light a bonfire.

Firewood for the fireplace is free.

We have our own mini beach and a forest

We are located 30 minutes from the center of Warsaw (Wola Krakowiańska near Nadarzyn)
