Confirmation of the reservation is a deposit of 33% of the cost of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining payment for the stay must be made 7 days before arrival; the amount is non-refundable in the event of shortening the stay.

It is possible to extend your stay after consultation with the hosts.
A security deposit of PLN 700 per house is required upon arrival. This deposit is refundable upon check-out, after the condition of the house's furnishings and technical equipment has been inspected. Guests of the Holiday Home are fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the furnishings, technical equipment, or the well-being of the house, whether caused by their fault or the fault of any guests. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival to 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If arriving after 4:00 PM, please notify us by phone on the day of arrival.

Extension of the stay on the day of departure PLN 20/hour (maximum until 1 p.m.).

Price for cleaning the cottage: PLN 200.
