PRICE LIST 2026
Cost of accommodation/day/person - PLN 110.
With breakfast - PLN 150.
With full board - PLN 200.
Children under 10 - PLN 50 per night. Breakfast included.

Breakfast is served from 9:00 to 10:00.
Dinner - 17-18.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
We hold the initial reservation for 3 days.
Confirmation of the reservation is a 50% deposit of the total cost of the service.
The remaining settlement of the stay takes place on the day of commencement of the stay.

Guests at our farm can use kayaks, rowboats, and bicycles free of charge. There's a kitchenette on the first floor.
During the season, we host concerts on selected Saturdays at 8:00 PM (ticketed event). Information about the performers can be found on our website in the concerts tab.
The cost of a pet's stay is 10 PLN.
The hotel day starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 12 p.m.
Nighttime silence is in effect from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Horse riding price list:
- horse riding/individual lesson/lunge, arena/vaulting - PLN 120/hour
- horse riding for advanced riders /in a group/independent saddling of the horse/ 60 min - PLN 100,
- 10-ride pass to be used within two months - PLN 950,
- all rides take place with an instructor.

Campsite price list:
- tent/camper resident - PLN 10/person/day;
- tent - PLN 25;
- camper/car with trailer - PLN 45/day;
- electricity - PLN 10/day;
- parking/car - PLN 10/day (free for GA guests).

There is a shower with a coin-operated machine on the farm.

Year-round guest rooms.
All rooms have bathrooms with a shower.
The rooms are decorated in white and blue tones and are equipped with pine furniture.
Most rooms have terraces or balconies with garden furniture/sun loungers.

Bungalows cottages, of Brda type, for 6 persons.

Bungalow consists of: 2 bedrooms, living-room, bathroom, kitchen.

Open from 01.05 to 15.09.

One 4-person apartment with a kitchenette.

We serve guests in English and German. We provide wireless Wi-Fi Internet.
In the well-stocked library you will find items that will help you learn about the history of Warmia and Mazury (in Polish and German).
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building. There is a smoking area in front of the main building.
We accept pets by prior arrangement. It is possible to rent water equipment and bicycles on the premises.
We provide parking. There is a fireplace and a shelter at guests' disposal.

In 2002, we took third place in the competition for the Best Agro-Eco-Tourist Farm in Warmia and Mazury.
In 2003, we took second place in the Safe Farm competition (provincial stage).
In 2008, we took first place in the competition for the Best Organic Farm in Warmia and Mazury.

During the season (July-August), we organize concerts on selected Saturdays at 8:00 PM. We host Joasia Mioduchowska, Jacek Gessek, and many other singing friends. We have a meeting room with 50 seats. We can organize corporate events, family gatherings, special occasions, conferences, training sessions, concerts, outdoor games, and wildlife viewing.
The offer includes educational programs (in cooperation with the Landscape Park), kayaking trips, hiking and cycling trips, horse riding with an instructor (also for children - ponies), cross-country skiing in winter, and booking of cruises on the Ostróda-Elbląg Canal and Jeziorak.

For the active guest we offer: sports field, marina, bathing beach, bikes, kayaks.

For the active guest: horseback riding, cross-country ski trails, water sports, touring bikes.

Possibility of buying breakfasts and dinners. We prepare meals based on products from the farm. We recommend home cooking: baking wholemeal sourdough bread, making cold cuts and cheeses, lard, cakes, pierogi, jams and liqueurs. Bar and cafe at guests' disposal. Extensive terrace overlooking the lake.

The facility is located: by the lake Jeziorak, in Iławskiego Landscape Park.
