The house consists of: a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
The cottages have: air conditioning, underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators.

The houses are located on a fenced plot of 2 ha.
On the plot there is a parking space, a beach volleyball court, a pier, two bonfire places, two shelters and a changing room.

There is a playground for children.

The cottages are located approx. 150 m from Lake Głuszyńskie.
