30% of the entire rental price - advance payment by bank transfer at the time of booking the house.
70% of the total rental price - payable on arrival
Pick-up of the house on the first day of the charter from 4:00 PM
Home return on the last day of the charter by 11:00 AM

Houseboats on the water in Masuria
A stay in a comfortably furnished house on the water is a perfect option for a successful holiday in Masuria.
The house is located on a lake, moored to a pier, so it is not possible to sail the house independently.
We offer 3 identical houses in different locations - Port near the Ognisty Ptak Hotel in Ogonki (1 house), Port Leśna Przystań (2 houses)

The interior of the house features a spacious living room with a TV, a sofa that can be folded out to sleep two, a four-seater table with chairs, and a coffee table. The kitchenette is equipped with all the appliances and accessories needed for preparing and eating meals – a gas stove, microwave with oven, coffee maker, electric refrigerator, and a sink with hot water, dishes, and cutlery. Next, we move on to two lockable bedrooms – each with a comfortable double bed and bedside lamps. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in any weather. Renting a houseboat is a great option for both groups of friends and families with children.

We especially recommend it for families with children and groups of friends who don't necessarily seek peace and quiet, but enjoy a lively atmosphere. The nearby hotel tavern offers concerts and discos during the season. Children will surely enjoy the large playground and swimming area, located just a few steps from the cottage. The port also offers a volleyball court, water sports equipment rentals, and bicycle rentals. Additionally, for an additional fee, you can take advantage of the services offered by the nearby hotel, including a spa, indoor pool, sauna, and children's playroom.
