The price for renting the ground floor (6 beds) is PLN 300 per night.

The house is on the right side of the plot and can be rented as a whole or just the ground floor or first floor.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a terrace.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room.

In the kitchen: oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge.

The house on the left side of the plot has two identical apartments with separate entrances separated by a pergola and trees.

On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and on the first floor there is a bedroom.

Pets are allowed.

There are 10 free parking spaces on the property.

For children there is a playground with a sandbox, trampoline and swing.

The house is located on a plot with access to a lake with a private beach, a pier, and a shelter with a barbecue.

The facility provides swimming equipment and 10 exercise bikes.
