Stay from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
Minimum stay:
- in the period 04.05-25.06 and after 26.08.2025 it is 2 days (2)
- in the period from 26.06. to 26.08.2025 is four days (4).
a fee is introduced for electricity used by guests during their stay at home. The fee will be charged based on the sub-meter readings. kWh x PLN 1.4 (rate per 1kWh) = fee amount.

Year-round heated house. Underfloor heating, oil stove, additionally a fireplace with a water jacket.
The house consists of:
- ground floor: living room with fireplace and sofa bed (+2 persons), room for 2 people, kitchenette with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower,
- usable attic: bedroom for 4 people - AIR CONDITIONING, bedroom for 5 people, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 1 bathroom with a shower,
- a large covered terrace overlooking the lake,
- on the terrace, a 5-person Finnish sauna, a mobile grill, JACUZZI; next to it there is a garden swimming pool with a sunbathing terrace,
- "smoker" mobile device: grill-barbeque-smokehouse

Kitchenette equipment: cooker with oven, coffee maker, fridge, toaster, pots, dishes, cutlery.
Bathroom equipment: bath or shower, sink, toilet, washing machine.
In the cottage: Wi-Fi internet access, TV, radio.

Guests can access the Internet.

On the premises: parking place, garden, grill and smoking place, garden furniture, place for a bonfire.

Pets accepted.

The entire facility is strictly non-smoking.

Service in: English, Russian.

At guests' disposal own access to the lake, sauna.

For the active guest we offer water equipment.

For the active guest: water sports, canoeing, sailing, fishing, hiking trails, bicycle trails.

From September 5, we warmly invite all mushroom picking enthusiasts. In the neighborhood there are: Ganty Forestry, Borowski Las, Kozłowo and Jeleniowo - these are the most "fungal" forests in Masuria.
