The rental price of the facility depends on the period:
May 1 - June 30 PLN 500 per day for a 7-day rental (up to seven people, each additional person PLN 70 per day of stay, subject to individual arrangements with the client),
July 1 - August 31 PLN 500 per day for a 7-day rental (up to seven people, each additional person PLN 70 per day of stay, subject to individual arrangements with the client),
September 1 - October 31 PLN 500 per day for a 7-day rental (up to seven people, each additional person PLN 70 per day of stay, subject to individual arrangements with the client).
Additionally, electricity and pet fees are subject to individual arrangements. Bed linen is included in the rental price. Guests also have access to a washing machine in the bathroom.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit of 30% of the entire stay will be refunded free of charge within 14 calendar days of the payment being credited to our bank account. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable.
Due to unpleasant experiences, I do not rent properties to groups of young people (stag parties, etc.). In the event of deliberate misrepresentation by the person making the reservation, the owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation to the guest. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.

The living room on the first floor has access to a large terrace that surrounds the house. The bedroom on the second floor has an exit to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, blender, mixer, oven, fridge, toaster, toaster, coffee maker and the necessary utensils and cutlery. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower cubicle, washing machine, washbasin, laundry basket, dryer and hair straightener.

At guests' disposal: fully equipped kitchen.

Kitchen is equipped with: oven, dishwasher, toaster, plates, coffee maker, cutlery.

Additionally on the premises: place for bonfire, garden arbour, place for grill.

A swing and a trampoline for children. Double kayak included in the rental price of the facility.

We especially recommend kayaking on the Krutynia River. Beautiful and numerous bicycle and walking paths. The municipal beach with a swimming area and a pier on Lake Kierwik is located approximately 100 m from the property.

There is a park with wild animals 20 km away

The property is located in the vicinity of the forest. A great base for trips to Mikołajki, Szczytno, Mrągowo, canoeing trips on the Krutynia River, etc.

The property is tightly fenced with a wooden fence (important for guests visiting us with pets). Surrounded by a pine forest, it provides a sense of privacy.
