Price for the whole house:

* low season (October-May) - PLN 3,900/day,

* high season (June-September) - PLN 4,500/day,

* holidays - PLN 4,900/day.

Price per night per person (for 30 people):

* low season (October-May) - PLN 130/day,

* high season (June-September) - PLN 150/day,

* holidays - PLN 164/day.

The minimum stay in the low season is 2 days, on holidays it is 4 days, and during the summer holidays it is up to 6 days.

Prices are for the entire house (for 30 guests) and include: rental of water equipment and bicycles, wood for the fireplace and bonfire (limited quantity), parking, electricity, water and heating charges, bed linen, towels, internet access.

Sauna and hot tub available for an additional fee.

The house has 7 apartments and rooms of various sizes:

- Apartment No. 1 located on the first floor - 2 rooms, bathroom, terrace. Room with two single beds. Bedroom for a couple with a seating area with a sofa and a coffee table and a balcony overlooking the patio. Bathroom with a free-standing bathtub.

- Room no. 2 has a double bed. The windows overlook the lake. Right next to the room, in the corridor, there is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

- Room no. 3 with a double bed. The windows overlook the patio. Next to the room, in the corridor, there is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

- Apartment no. 4 is located on the first floor - 3 rooms, bathroom, terrace. The apartment has a room with 2 double beds with a balcony overlooking the patio, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a walk-through room with a sofa, a master bedroom with 2 double beds and an additional utility room.

- Apartment no. 5 is located on the ground floor - 4 rooms, bathroom, kitchenette. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a cot for a small child - windows overlooking the lake, the second with two double beds and a desk - windows overlooking the lake, in the third a single bed), living room (windows overlooking the patio), kitchenette, bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), hallway, small utility room.

- Apartment no. 6 located on the first floor - 3 rooms, bathroom, terrace. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (a sofa bed, one single bed, a double bed) located in an enfilade topped with a semicircular window overlooking the garden and the lake. The apartment also has a very large bathroom (shower, sink for adults, sink for children, toilet).

- Apartment no. 7 is located on the ground floor - 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen. The apartment has a bedroom (double bed, single bed), living room (TV, fireplace, sofa, coffee table, armchair), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet), utility room (washing machine, ironing board).

The house consists of 2 parts (totaling about 650 m2) connected by an internal patio. In total, we provide 30 beds (possibility of extra beds).

The house consists of 5 independent multi-room apartments (with separate entrances) and 2 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a terrace.

Fireplace room with billiards, sofas, table, fireplace, TV and audio equipment. Next to the fireplace room is a reading room.

Shared kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, two sinks, ice maker and waffle iron. There is a large dining room next to the kitchen. The windows of the dining room overlook the garden and the lake. There is a covered veranda next to the dining room, with two large tables. It is an ideal place for a shared feast.

Equipment: TV, Playstation, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board.

We provide parking spaces.

On the premises: garden, barbecue area, fireplace, large dining table, garden furniture.

We accept pets.

With us you can organize a family reunion, a friends' gathering, a yoga workshop, a lecture or a meditation session.

For children there is a playroom with toys, books, games, armchairs and tables.

A sauna and hot tub are available to guests.

Access to waterfront and private jetty.

A place to rest on the shore of the lake (hammocks, benches, sofas on the shore).

For active people: kayaks, boat, SUP, bicycles.

Nearby attractions: walking trails, bike trips, kayaking on the Sapina River, cross-country skiing trails, ski slopes in Gołdap, Borecka Forest, Boyen Fortress, observation tower and bunkers in Mamerki, Wolf's Lair.

The facility is located in Jeziorowskie with direct access to Lake Gołdopiwo.

The descent from the house to the lake is unusual: stairs on the slope connect the area in front of the house with the viewing terrace and the beach and pier.
