Newly built house, fully equipped.
Two-story house:
- upstairs: 2 3-person bedrooms and a bathroom,
- downstairs: double room, bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace and kitchenette.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the rooms.
The cottage has a TV, fridge, stove, dishwasher, basic kitchen accessories, washing machine.
There is a barbecue available.
Near the cottage and just a few meters from the lake, there is a place for a bonfire - perfect also for watching the sunrise and sunset.

It is not possible to organize parties, hen and stag parties.

A boat and a canoe are at the guests' disposal.

There is an observation tower nearby.
Next to the cottage, just behind the fence, there are municipal sports grounds and a municipal beach.
