On-site parking is monitored and fenced, with a garage for motorcycles.

On the premises there is also: a garden, a gazebo with a stone grill, and a fireplace.

Pets are accepted only with a booked stay at the highlander's hut.

We organize a mushroom picking trip in an off-road vehicle to areas where mushrooms grow (porcini mushrooms, saffron milk caps, and cossacks).
The Kacwinianka River flows past the house, stocked with trout. The Dunajec River, about 8 km away, holds more fish. Fishing is also available at Lake Czorsztyn.

Castles in Niedzica and Czorsztyn, rafting on the Dunajec River, Trzy Korony, Sokolica, thermal baths, ski lifts, many Polish-Slovak bicycle paths, hiking trails, a lake.

We invite you to the beautiful Pieniny region, which Kacwin undoubtedly is. Our house is situated on the outskirts of the village with a beautiful view of the Slovak Tatra Mountains. Kacwin is a picturesque village located in the Spisz region (Podhale region). It borders Slovakia (there is an open Kacwin-Velka Frankova pedestrian border crossing). Stunning mountain views, tranquility, historical monuments, waterfalls, and proximity to other nearby attractions – these are just some of Kacwin's advantages.
In winter, Kacwin boasts a newly opened ski lift! You can also rent a sleigh ride (and smell the horse :-)).
Kacwin lies at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level on the Kacwiński Stream, which originates in Slovakia. It has a population of approximately 1,150. It borders the villages of Niedzica and Niedzica Zamek to the north, and Velka Frankova (Slovakia) to the south.
Kacwin is one of the oldest villages in the Spisz region, mentioned in historical documents as early as 1320. Here, visitors can see Poland's only grain storage facilities, former granaries, a two-hundred-year-old mill, a historic 15th-century church, and old chapels. Picturesque waterfalls can be found in the village center.
